•Beligas Cialis 5mg daily

•Test Undecanoate 75mg per week

•25min Treadmill 4.9 mph
•Hanging Crunches - 3 sets flex/hold 2 sec/.
lowering w/ 10 count{ridiculous burn/pain!!}
•Hanging serratus crunches 2 sets per side
•Hands touching Barbell Bench press 4 sets
6-8 slow reps {very hard on wrists; getting comfortable with it. A lot Different than close-grip and near grip, Started with just the bar first 2 sets til burnt. Then added 15lb plates each side for Last two sets.
So, being a 1099 contractor, the company pays airfare but, was definitely not getting into a tube w 300 other people{my luck it would be filled with Covid positive, untested people that were asymptomatic, lol! Opted for for a car so I could control my environment a lot more. Plus, wouldn’t have to wait for service to pick me up and drop me off each morning@the hotel . Before I left; I had all my food; powders, supps all packed so I wouldn’t have to stop except at charging stations. I highly recommend Hilton for contactless check in; a phone w app can be the digital door key. Plus I am saving my $75 food per diem each day. I would love to have room service but, hell to the no.
Anyway, finished for the day. Just chillin in the room. That workout yesterday came to haunt me!! I am sore as a mofo! The rep-style I did on hanging crunches made doing 6 reps feel like 100 hard reps. The hands together reps for tris on the bench definitely hit new areas as well, if I try to flex it feels like a straight razor slicing away inside the tissue. I enjoy doing these different exercises 3 days a week vs.the true 5x5 is only 3 days and rest with no cardio. Just trying to hopefully have so new detail and development when finished doing this, a bulk blast and finally, cut whenever that may be next year. Just bands, adjustable kettlebell and a 70lb single. Should finish up by Wed., hoping anyway. The landscape around the states is beautiful right now. Cannot wait to actually have some normalcy return. People act a lot different. I would hate to see : people becoming homebodies and afraid to talk with someone. I am out! I will update later . Get it!!
