6-8 slow reps {very hard on wrists; getting comfortable with it. A lot Different than close-grip and near grip, Started with just the bar first 2 sets til burnt. Then added 15lb plates each side for Last two sets.

So, being a 1099 contractor, the company pays airfare but, was definitely not getting into a tube w 300 other people{my luck it would be filled with Covid positive, untested people that were asymptomatic, lol! Opted for for a car so I could control my environment a lot more. Plus, wouldn’t have to wait for service to pick me up and drop me off each morning@the hotel . Before I left; I had all my food; powders, supps all packed so I wouldn’t have to stop except at charging stations. I highly recommend Hilton for contactless check in; a phone w app can be the digital door key. Plus I am saving my $75 food per diem each day. I would love to have room service but, hell to the no.
Anyway, finished for the day. Just chillin in the room. That workout yesterday came to haunt me!! I am sore as a mofo! The rep-style I did on hanging crunches made doing 6 reps feel like 100 hard reps. The hands together reps for tris on the bench definitely hit new areas as well, if I try to flex it feels like a straight razor slicing away inside the tissue. I enjoy doing these different exercises 3 days a week vs.the true 5x5 is only 3 days and rest with no cardio. Just trying to hopefully have so new detail and development when finished doing this, a bulk blast and finally, cut whenever that may be next year. Just bands, adjustable kettlebell and a 70lb single. Should finish up by Wed., hoping anyway. The landscape around the states is beautiful right now. Cannot wait to actually have some normalcy return. People act a lot different. I would hate to see : people becoming homebodies and afraid to talk with someone. I am out! I will update later . Get it!!

Will take a shot soon. Just coming to the 30 day mark 11-20. Was hoping to be at 10iu (@7.6) but it is not so easy when you have multiple jobs! Lol. I think you will see improvement; especially w barely 75mg a week of test u going through the blood. This is really gonna be good! I am chomping at the bit, to Blast but , this is something i took a long time and a lot of work to do. Just to see results. I did not realize how much you can eat when doing one big shot. Usually, that is just for a test. Lol.

The Kitchen is calling my name! Ran out of my Hulk Sauce, of course. I am going to eat all seafood, raw veg, fresh fruit, grains for a week with supplement powders when I get home. Extra extra calories from organic, non enriched, fresh buckwheat soba noodles. My girl found a specialty store that makes them by hand. They have to be refrigerated and eaten within 4 days. 160 carbs per pack!! I love Bonito broth w garlic/ginger for a good seafood soup bowl filled with raw seafood or thin sliced meat dropped in and covered in 5-6 min at table. Omg! Time to eat!

To see how much effect, of the gh and the mixed peptides used in this way without the large amount of AAS would ellicit a pronounced effect in comparison with just the normal daily split dose or the other 6 ways tried with just gh and high test . There were multiple personal reasons and time that I have studied while training. Also, a lot if people say that gh doesn’t do much for them and I want to basically just do my plan the whole way through and if good results happen over these two months. Then Max will add regimen to a true blast . It is confusing I am sure but I log a lot of details over the past years, this plan was a result of doing other ways. Plus, we will never get a big Ph . Company to do this type of study, with an experienced Lifter, Just felt compelled to do it. Will be posting up soon at my 30 day mark. I will say it has been quite a time for him to get to the listed level but 8.5iu now and should be at levels within 2 weeks. Am on low Trt so, definitely will blast right away after the 6-8 weeks.

I cannot wait to get home and make all my meals outside! When it cools down, it is my favorite time to make everything outside. This took me like 8-10 min to whip up and eat with some jalapeño mustard and Texas Pete’s hot sauce. Plus, I miss my workout room. Titan keeps sending new stuff they have in and Rogue doesn’t send me jack shit! I need the Rogue stuff for certain things. I guess too many welders have Covid or something.

Kosher pork rinds?! The jew in me is curious.

Yeah, they have some decent qualities. I love pork rinds but, have not had any in a while. Used to get the huge 3-4foot ones at the Mex grocery store, these actually are addictive. It definitely holds you over.

Definitely am going to. On Friday- I will be 30
Days in on this experiment(which at week 8, I plan on the Iso/hex/Deca blast . Just seeing what I can do on tiny amount of test , from what is happening, a good blast out to help a lot! It has been well over 7 months. Just the 75 a week of test U basically with all mon Aas hormones. I definitely have nw been looking forward to ti. The cycle I mentioned wound en me too of gh experiment . May just do Cyp, Deca : but, Iso/hex/Deca is my jam : orals can be used but I rarely using sany besides Provi advantage of low contracts and bulk up

I had a long day driving home. Happy to see my dog and cat, looking forward to tomorrow; get to spend time with my girl. I resumed training which was so nice! The smell of my training room is a going to be a powerful memory tool. Certain smells remind me of exact experiences{like your there}. Blow up mattresses or flotation devices for the water remind me of childhood beach,pool, River days, very specific ones. Almost hitting the experiment levels; I have been eating everything since getting home. Steak, Potatoes, Rice, Green Salad was a must have. Such a difference in the grade/cut of red meat! If I could, I would eat all meat bone in! Tastes so much better than when the bone is removed. All the juices and marrow seep into the cut! Delicious! Tomorrow is the 30 day mark, one goal reached today , another one will be met tomorrow...and so on! Family always ask or say , “ are you ever satisfied, why don’t you just eat what we eat, it won’t kill you!”. It makes me laugh, because...I dont think I am . That sounds negative but it is not, I know I am in good shape; I just always have more improvements somewhere or something more I want to achieve. I am satisfied with my life and in the present completely. I just cannot day that for the future because it hasn’t happened. Lol. I am pretty regimented and have some odd personal rules for myself and I like it. This is definitely not for everyone and can be highly stressful in every way. It is also very rewarding and I get rushed with endorphins when I accomplish anything that is positive. Good meals are an opinion more than the general meaning. I have eaten for for fuel constantly since I was in sports, I also eat for pleasure and I think...I may enjoy things a lot more than someone who eats fresh fries everyday. A good french fry and Burger can just make me a Happy Man! Especially if I have dipping sauces for the fries: my favorite: Twice- Fried Belgian Fries in a paper cone w fresh aioli!! Classic!!

Going to keep going with the experiment as I am seeing great changes in my physique. Once I hit 10iu 3x a week for a month, I will add a true blast. I am not sure exactly what as it has been over half a year since a true cycle has been done. Thinking Sust/Para/Deca or Iso/Hex/Deca along with the current Experiment. I am up for suggestions! I cannot let bf% get too high, which by how things are going, that is not gonna happen. Waist is very small, back thickness and width is ampiiifed, Super V taper is coming in nicely. Like the the experimental program even though it is very difficult w the food, sleep, and multiple jobs. I am limited to the equipment I have but, it is not hindering my gains. Learned a lot of new techniques with assistance/resistance bands and bodyweight. I wish you all a good day/evening and am following your progress as well. If you have any ideas for a Max Blast to add to gh/peptide experiment ?? Post them up! Appreciate you!

Low Trt amounts !! Cannot imagine when adding actual cycle amounts . Formulating plan for that phase. One inj e10 weeks of undecanoate is not ideal but, I am doing well so.. just getting to level of plan and then Max Blast ! If you could see how long that shirt is, I had to pull the excess towards my waist , it is a new xxl not even washed yet. I am 5ft 9in. flat footed so xxxl hangs down past my nutz!! Lol

Thanks HFO3 ! I definitely will. Just getting to the 10iu is hard right now but after that’s done, Will pick a real blast to add. Pondering as to what .
