    I take P5P religiously before bed. Ran out a few days ago and said ah fuck it maybe itís placebo effect. Today I shot out of bed and said fuck that Iím not taking any chances. Bought more. Glad I just read that.

    How many MG do yall take of P5P each night? I have been taking 100mg nightly for a while.

    I take 300mg . May be overkill, but fingers crossed Iíve been okay. Kept me just fine through deca, NPP, and a short bout with low dose tren.

    I take 100mg year-round and 200-300mg depending on blast. 200mg has been the most I have needed. Others get by w different amounts.

    Platinum Provi/Var -25mg 2x daily Both
    Testoviron E- 2ml
    Deca/Durabol - 1ml each
    Primo - 1ml EOD
    Long acting Slin Supp Custom AM
    Beligas- Adex and Nolvadex or MA LABS liquid Asin as needed.
    Pfizer Caber as needed .5mg twice

    Flat Barbell Bench to neck- 225, 245, 245
    Weighted Chin-ups- 45, 55, 55 chain belt
    Barbell Miltary Press Standing - 205, 225, 235
    Standing Calf raises- 335 x 2 (super controlled tempo)
    One -Legged Calf raises - to fail 1 set per leg

    About 2 more weeks before I start my 12 week cut, getting excited. Omg, I havenít used clen forever and took 20mg 1/2 tablet, my lord it was sooo strong. Idk if it was because it has been forever or what but, it was super strong. Definitely gonna use a deft hand. I will be lowering my kcals by about 400 at first and introducing cardio in a different style but I will log perfectly as I want to keep as much muscle as possible. Have a good week and enjoy killing it at your gym (home or commercial).

    Have had some incredible new meals lately; getting ready to change up my macros; I am trying new prep ideas. My complex carb choices and introduction of a lot more fiber will hopefully help with the lower calories and hunger! Lol. I foresee a lot of salads and large portions of seafood. I definitely am going to look forward to my red meat days and high carbs. Cutting dairy down is always super hard for me. I love real milk!!
