    Single Leg Standing Leg Curl 2 sets 6-8 reps
    Adduction Machine 2-3 sets 20-25 reps
    Abduction Machine 2-3 sets 20-25 reps
    No Angle Leg Press 3 sets 6-8 reps 5-0-5
    Hack Squat 3 sets, 6-8 reps
    Single Leg Extensions 3 sets, 12-15 reps
    Pendulum Machine Squat 3 sets 20-25 reps
    Calf Toe Press on leg press 2sets, 10-12 reps
    Seated Calf Raises 2 sets, 10-12 reps
    Donkey Calf Raise Machine 2 sets 8-12 reps

    Just kicking ass! Less than two weeks to go before my drop in cals! Lol. Hit some mad Bench and Squat numbers but I canít really show the videos so, just know they were good, lol. Looking forward to gardening up and dicing up some killer cuts the next 12 weeks(starting June 24) . Have a great Weekend ! I am gonna get some doggystyle!

    I am doing very well! Having a good time hanging out with family, visiting . Thanks, lots of hard work but, It is the work I love, so it is fun! (almost always! Lol ) . Pretty excited to jump into a new training program for 12 weeks. It is broken up into 3 - 4 week sections basically; each section involves more work(cardio/total poundage output) so it will be quite an experience. Hope to bring out some sick new detail! We shall see. Hoping for a nice Win!!

    Another subject :
    I did find some additional information that, while human patients were monitored that had to use anadrol, halotestin, or other hepatoxic orals: they have the patients 30mg to 60mg of hydrazine(which is available as a supplement).
    The fda categorized it as a (carcinogen) found in Jet fuel. Really bull shit, is actually is used in anti aging.

    They found that 30mg hydrazine or (pyruvate azine)kept the liver healthy a lot longer and in high dosage patients. There are a lot of forms and some are actually toxic(being that it is found in jet fuel) The version I found is 100% not that same form and is not the chem/drug; it is a supplemental safe version.
    I am still researching but it definitely helped the patients liver. It is quite complex and there are a ton of types and forms so, I have to research further (pyrozole rings, formations, naturally occurring, conversions, etc) I will save the Mumbo jumbo and get to the bottom of the research. But, it is worth mentioning as someone may have used a type of hydrazine or its conversion components. Very interesting to me. Especially if I can increase effectiveness and lower any damage caused by certain types of ped use. There are many compounds with similar names(even hydrazine itself) that are bad and not what I am researching. This is specifically what they gave human patients on strong hepatoxic oral anabolic steroids. Boring to most , so I will do the leg work.

    About the YK11 experiment: iíll start my cruise in about 4 weeks, then pull bloods after 8-10 weeks if everything looks fine.... iíll start a blast with probably test/deca/primo... maybe... yes maybe iíll get me some YK11 myself and try it out also! Iíll let you know by the time
