I am going hard! I just decided to not take a travel job just so I can concentrate on my competition. It won’t hurt me, but I just want to stay local (if possible) for next 7 weeks. Picking out my shorts (color) for stage. Plenty of Sand&Surf Shops to pick from. Of course I will use a hometown local Brand , gotta represent. Just spending time flexing/posing....cannot believe how much “breathe , breathing” while smiling and controlling all the muscles perfectly take a lot out of you!! I will say, I am on point for 7 weeks away, just starting to drop body fat so, I am seeing small changes which is good! Appreciate you.

(early morning Monday)now!
Starting cardio today, change it up a bit, added 10 more minutes for this week. Gonna head outside since it is cool(well, for me). Had a great time, movie was good but just having everyone over was nice . Have a great work week and make sure to prep your food. I will post up later tonight , I had my off day Sunday. I am feeling good, just gotta find my groove, I have been eating maybe too clean! Lol. I tend to eat so much fiber during my cut (helps me not eat so much) !

How far out are we from your first comp max?
Right @ 7 weeks!! Coming quick! I literally could be ready in 2-3 weeks but, I am going slowly , trying to keep size , not too lean. I am going to be Lean w detail (super ripped complete abdominal/torso) but want my upper body “Large and in Charge “. If it was classic sub 5 % bf , BB as low as I could go. Men’s Physique (although people come in veiny, shredded ) I want to come in like I would a photoshoot, I want my face normal and lean, and a very exaggerated shoulder-width to waist, Super-V ! I am trying to follow the NPC
rules but, I definitely am going to try and bring really good symmetry and even though they cannot see my legs(board shorts, right above knee) I will post up my total physique in tiny undies so you can see how I progress. I am already seeing some extra slices in my lateralis!
It is my first official competition(even though I have been competing my whole life in sports at a international level, this was always my dream to not just train or “ look good”. After I gave up Soccer, Rugby, and Boxing (too many breaks), to concentrate on my Fitness career and to be train every type of person for their overall goal(which I am still doing and will be for life).
I am very successful in my track record of training regular Joe’s/Jolene: NPC winners(so many)/IFBB pro status (male and female) in all areas from Bikini to Bodybuilding, from middle school to 87year olds; also sport specialties/contests/track & field/ every school-university level sports championships. About 70% of my clientele are female and 30% males, all want to improve but I specialize in training competitiors, and the rest are mainly obese(all ages) for weight loss through Strength Training/Nutrition/Lifestyle. I have been a life fitness coach for elderly to addicts to kids to mentally ill to prisons. At a young age, I set the bar very high in every aspect of body manipulation after doing gymnastics at age of 3-4yrs old. By the time I was 10, I already looked quite different than most. I was completely and sure of one thing! I would bodybuild at the gym across from our house (you had to be 13)so my papa made my birthdate a year older. On my 12th birthday, I didn’t want anything except BSN True Mass and Controlled Labs : Green Bulge and White Blood (Creatine & Arginine Ethyl Ester HCL) . The CEE/AEE HCL COMBO was soo effective with the added calories! I spent 3 hours at the gym that day! Super excited to train alone ! I then moved on up the supplement ladder. Of course Arginine Ethyl Ester HCL is considered a drug now (gives erections) ! lol.

I always like the Frank Zane v-taper. I’m kind of short so it’s tough for me to hit. But that’s what I always work towards.
I've become a big fan of ED subq. I can't say that the chart confirms my own experience since I'm doing ED and leveling things out a bit that way. But it is interesting. I will say...doing my trt dose split into ED significanly increases my test levels. (Over doing one big shot a week.)
