I am doing 14-16hr days out of town and am training and eating mega amounts of food. I have had a lot transpire; family wise since I decided to compete and it has been a little whirlwind just thinking about how I am going to do this and how. I do a lot of traveling but , I don’t have to so I am trying to figure out the best way, without losing any good income jobs. I haven’t slacked at all on my training or eating . This next week should be pretty easy to have a better schedule. I most likely am going to start a new workout similar but different. After this weekend, I will be back and posting daily. I wish everyone good luck and wish I could be in two places at once!!

My girlfriend already got the AstraZeneca vaccine because of her work, now 3 weeks later and they stopped vaccinating people below 60. She felt absolutely horrible for 2 days straight, haven’t seen het that sick in years.

Yeah, I was too but my older brothers and sister basically did a ton of work to get em at the time so I just bit the bullet. I did get pretty sick for 2 of the days and now it turns out a lot of places stopped giving the one shot but; I have the card so; it allows me to travel without a lot of hassle. You would be surprised at certain states/provinces protocols when you walk off a plane.

Made it to my cousins house so didn’t get my Saturday workout in. Went to his gym and it was quite pleasant. They make you carry sanitizer, 2 towels and have rules but it was so Rad to see people training and the staff was relaxed(saw people doing high fives), lol. I promised to grill up some of my famous chicken pork and beef tonight; so I am just going to do mixed grill kabobs; so people can pick what they want. Everyone has some diet issue. All bullshit besides 2 people in family have celiac which is a disease. They are the ones who are activist types or weird, but I don’t say anything. Except to my one cousin(male) he is 20 and decided to become vegetarian and has stuck it out for 6 months so I make some bad ass Portabella Mushrooms; they taste just like steak when I’m done without the chewiness. I will be here thru the weekend and then back home. I was teetering on equipment for a while and always come back to Rogue; but I am going to check out places around here since this is a great area for sports and shopping. Glad I have a Free week pass! I am sitting strong at 225-226, but still lean. I definitely am going to up my calories over 5,000 because my metabolism(even TRT) is super high. I seem to be able to eat a ton. My cheat day is almost always Italian food. Veal Cutlets, Big bowl of Pasta w browned butter, garlic, fresh Parmesan Reggiano or Greek Myzithra (sheep’s cheese), and sides of Italian Sausages. My point is I go well over 5-6k on that one day (2 cheat meals), but I will not change that. I am going to add in some more Carbs at breakfast and post-post workout solid meal. Beans-Rice together or an added pasta(which I avoid) I have to find unenriched organic. People ask but you eat burritos ED; which is true but I make my tortillas now. I only used El Paso or recommend them because they last over 1-1.5 years until opened. It took years of making fresh corn, flour, tortillas, flat bread-pita, and bread. I am still perfecting pizza crust. I have perfected the tortillas, I use King Arthur Flour, Unenriched, Unbleached Flour, 20 lb. it comes in 4/ packs of 5lb bags online. Finding unenriched is super hard to do as the US has been adding vitamins to food since back in the 50’s ! I only have two main rules and avoiding - high fructose corn syrup and enriched flour are my two biggest changes that help me stay lean and in shape. If you go look through everything in a package, can, or box, any snack food and it will have one or both of those. Like 85-90% of food. I have plenty of minor rules but those two and avoiding Soda/Alcohol are some others. I do get San Pellegrino or Topo Chico sparkling mineral water (love grapefruit) once or twice a week; it was the only way I was able to quit soda pop about two years ago. I am a huge fan of cold brew coffee, tea and caffeinated products and am able to spend more on food by cutting out the other stuff. Just some advice to further your your health. I am working with another bodybuilder to make my new plan which will be just a bit different as I am using a commercial gym for Legs. I am going to use my gym for everything else. I didn’t want to but, unless someone had a hack squat- leg press and an abduction/adduction machine for $1500; I need them; so gym it is. I am going to put on as much quality weight possible so my plan might have some switches as well. By next weekend I will finalize it. It was hard just deciding to hit the gym for leg day(machines) because I built this gym to keep me out of the mix. I get a ton of (very nice people) that I know and total strangers, staff that wanna hang out, chat, or workout because I trained people since forever really. It became overwhelming and I am very nice; even the Bose Headphones, skull cap, eyes down does not work. I average about 20-50 moments where someone is trying to get my attention. Even people I like. At home, I have full control which is so great. Have a blessed Sunday. I’ll be cooking, shopping, and eating all day!! Done Son !!

It took me close to a year to be able to actually find products that continually have zero enriched or no high fructose corn syrup. The US government uses a heavy hand in forcing companies to fortify and add these things to everything at the grocery store. I love cheat day but I learned the hard way that I simply cannot eat Taco Bell, McDonald’s, other fast food. I get sick everytime ! I thought Chik-Fil-A would be okay , but I got sick ! Here is the ingredients just for plain grilled chicken!!!

Damn If their isn’t 20 ingredients just to get chicken. Just a tip too- never buy frozen injected chicken, fish/shellfish. I told a competitor when he was on pure protein no seasonings, nothing; to eat whitefish(cod, haddock, pollack) he called and was telling me he was not dropping weight and was taking on water. I asked where he was getting his fish as he was out of town; he said “ He bought this store brand of 10lbs of frozen fish . I told him specifically before , but dieting he was confused. Once he went and got it at the seafood market , he called me about 30 hrs later and he was dry and dropping water, skin tight. Just little things people don’t realize when bodybuilding(myself included) . I used to eat the” Healthiest Food” Lol, I thought. Bags of chicken and Minute Rice and cans of tuna ! How time and early experience has helped along the way; along with having mentors that have been through it. I cannot imagine how many ingredients are in A Big Mac or A Chalupa Supreme . Probably like 60-100. They even make fake pepper!?? WTF

Feeling excited starting my new workout !!!

Me too! I am not even able to start it as I am not finished and still completing it exact so I have complete knowledge of my improvements or not. I am using my home studio for all workout but getting one complete legs/calves day @ gym. I spent a lot of time and money and sweat to train at home. My whole thing was to show what you can do with just a few things; and I am sticking to that but, I realty need to be able to hit different areas that I cannot do currently. I wont get caught back up at gyms or I will have zero free time. Probably go about 8pm just to have less members. Plus I am picking the gym that only has a few people by nighttime. Plus, they are people that stare at their phones so I can move freely from one exercise to the next.

I tell you, busy as ever! Getting to everyone along with work, training, visiting fam, online , I am so glad I know how to cook!! I stopped ordering take out of any kind. Just cannot trust these places. Seems like every single joint orders form US Foods or Sysco
and I cannot stand it. Probably why I like the food trucks or carts at farmers market! Some of the best and interesting foods! There was a Lobster Mac n Cheese with White Truffle oil and Prime Rib @ one the mobile trucks but; I passed on it...definitely wanted it but after seeing the portions my cousins got for $32, I was like, “ I’m eating the lamb souvlaki kebabs over rice(I had them crumble Feta Cheese over the tray. I could eat lamb, beef , game all day! Changing my workout and plan is a lot harder than usual; mainly because I am doing all days at my home gym and one day at gym for legs. I did decide that I will be doing more exercises and no warm up sets. Cardio will be limited and only AM fasted as I am going to weight train in afternoon or evenings. Good luck to you all in reaching your goal and hope all goes well. I will be bulking for at least 10 more weeks, so changes to everything are coming and definitely going to prep my Breakfast Burritos and having all my supps in daily two week containers, powders in baggies in case I am not home. Luckily I can shake my post workout manually(sometimes not so smooth if I add certain carb powders. Have a Nice evening.

I am buying 2 butterflied leg of Lamb to cube up into portion packs to marinate and then I can defrost and hit the grill on metal skewers when I get home! Such a great compliment to my diet ; especially with some Greek Tzatziki sauce. Mmm

Pretty nice being at a gym, the view was even better. I definitely lost concentration as it was packed and I was with three females, lol. They wanted to do my workout but I definitely denied that one! They are looking great! No need to get injured. Talk about some Alpha chicas! I am eating some great food and even though I am not at home, I have fully stocked kitchen at my cousins place. Starting to get some color(still whiteboy) didn’t bring MT2, I heard they have a MT2 nasal spray that is only about 1/3 as effective but, hell; I would buy it! I get a little nauseous if I take too much or is dosed incorrectly. Maybe some sponsor will make it(they have it everywhere in AUS, being near the equator; I had never seen so many people with full swim outfits before @ Bondi Beach . I was like “WTF Are they wearing?” Then I learned after getting scorched wearing a 50spf. I quickly learned what Broad Spectrum protection means. A US dermatologist could kill it down there! Lol. I definitely am going to switch up to a full bulk so you will see a change in compounds. More simplified, besides my GH/peptide schedule but it is easy for me as the last experiment was Boom! So it will actually more gh but split dose and i am very experienced with any sides. The main thing is I am having 3 huge meals instead of my just eating 6 x a day. When I say huge , Breakfast and Lunch will look like a family of 3-4 people, dinner will still be high calorie but macros will be a bit Lower. Still morning smoothie daily and Post Workout(weights) Shake and will take same time on non weight training days(probably one) lol. I’ll keep it short and seeing an upswing in activity here. I like it :)

Idk why but I am getting mesmerized by all these donkey asses at the gym. I swear something must be in the food! Lol. I wonder how some people don’t even workout(if they have previously) I feel crappy if I miss 2 days ever. Sticking to my diet and this morning had a large omelette filled w diced chicken breast&cheese/vegetables/over bed of kimchi rice, 20oz Fairlife milk w 1cup grapenuts cereal w/bananas; my jaw was sore! Lol. Keep up the hard ass work, it totally pays off.

Getting up there @ 227. (224 in pic)I am actually going to add more weight, unfortunately , lol . I am dropping Para and Iso for now as I am only training for Mass starting , technically Tuesday-Monday night. I will save them for when I cut . I will most likely do my bread an butter, the A-50 is doing its job without interfering with my eating so that was my main concern. I may take some orally because I’m on a baby dose. It will be test or Sust with nandrolone or nan-mix , so test/Deca w higher amounts and higher gh use 5days , peptides on 2 days. Looking forward to it. All training will be done at home, 1 leg machine day@ a gym per week.

I have been mainly doing more overall heavy compound lifting 3 x a week and doing weighted, manual type lifts(due to home training) . It will change soon as I am going to have upper/lower cable system added. But weighted dips, pullups, chin-ups have been my focus on overall size. I recently got dumbbells and added that. But before i mainly was using my Olympic bar and EZ bar to hit 3 heavy sets bicep curls. Before that, I did everything under the sun, as far as exercises. These are some of the exercise I believe helped the size in past for me and were most effective(listed in order of effectiveness, for me)

All heaviest possible in 5–10 rep range, 3 working set.
For Triceps: weighted dips(no lean) and inward grip dips, close and near grip bench, skull/nose crushers, French presses, all tricep pushdown movements w all the different attachments last.

For Biceps- Olympic barbell Culls, Preacher Ez Bar Curls, Skinny barbell curls, Standing and seated Bicep curls, incline dumbell curls, one arm dumbbell preacher curl. Weighted Chins and heavy hammer curls with dumbbells, hammer bar, and cable work secondary.

When at gym , I would reverse the order if not responding or do drop/super/giants/21’s sets.

I can’t wait to add cable work; gives you a ton of new bicep and tricep work . I need to get one of those multi grip bars/Swiss bars but, one thing at a time.
