This is my cardio schedule for this week
65 minutes on non-workout days and 2
35 minutes on workout days(post weights or AM fasted). My cardio is 7 days a week and increases by 5-10min each week.

Felt a bit winded today which I am sure is hormonal/adrenal changes, along with lower calories, and long work schedule/less sleep. Although I do see many positive body changes, so it is all good. I am lean enough for physique so; my plan is to not lower my calories further but to just manipulate them along with my latter water increased water per my usual. The hard part coming is not using any powder and eating all whole food protein; it is hard because the lack of carbohydrates; it is very arduous lbs and lbs of meat. I will cut out my fiber intake as we get closer as to not have any bloat issues. I am looking forward to the competition and training with my papa. Hopefully; everyone respects the time off work that week but; it always seems like I get last second calls for “emergencies”...for them, not me. I think I may keep my phone off for incoming, lol. Even then; they know where to find me! Ha!

Cyborg mode engaged! Outstanding Max!

That is my goal! I better sporting the MaxSys2.0 Gear !!! The girls love their Sports Bra Tops and Tanks. I am waiting for my outfits to show, pretty excited. Gonna take some time to get the right fabric/style and fit but they seem to love em! I have been going all out each day and actually am eating a tad more just because I leaned out early; so I am just playing the 2-3lb game but I was told to gain an extra 2-3lbs . I can’t wait to deplete and load some carbs; the feeling is something I love! It is only for a short time but, I get A High type feeling.
I am moving nice and easy so I don’t injure anything. I strengthened my core & low back just for that reason. Have sports injuries/broken bones and “they really do hurt more when it is cold! “ lol. I can’t move to Alaska ...

I need to watch that today ! Get me all jacked up for the gym! I love movies with fast action! Mad Max Fury Road...maybe the new Suicide Squad! James Gunn who made Guardians of the Galaxy made this one and I hear it is a lot better than the previous! Plus, I love the actor Joel Kinnaman..he was in 3 seasons of The Killing, The first Altered Carbon, a few movies I really like. Great character actor and he is Swedish American with dual citizenship. His dad was from the Midwest and his mom Ukrainian Jew, so he spoke English with his dad and Swedish w Mom. After visiting Texas for Summer, he left home and worked at a beer factory in Norway and just bounced around. Reminds me of our family, he has 6 sisters too!

Max got sorta good news on my shoulder on Thursday I have a partial test of my rotator cuff and partial test of my Latin ligamnent not to serious to do surgery yet we gonna treat it within cortisone shits for a couple months and see how that goes snd he said i could work out again not heavy though snd watch what I was doing ,he doesn’t wanna do surgery now said it’s be a 3-4 month recovery so we opted not also gonna do physical tersely on it too he said if intake is easy I wouldn’t Havent to have surgery

So I get to start back in the gym tomorrow I’m just so tickled

If your going the cortisone shot route : (IMO/IME as a coach), you can use a high rep, mod weight or a super slow tempo technique/style of lifting for any exercise invoking that area, continue normal style for the rest (non-inured areas). I do know that the days following those depo-medrol/Kenalog/Celestone shots(depo last longest) clients get super hungry and gain weight! Either bodyfat and water or water. To counteract that catabolism, using a super low fat increase in protein and avoiding bad or large meals is paramount. Keeping a higher water/low sodium diet can help fight the sides immensely. If it was me; I would ask my physician to bump up my TRT just bit also(just while on the other catabolic corticosteroids. Anything to avoid surgery! Great news

Having my cold brew diluted with ice, walking on the treadmill. I was so tired last night that I fell asleep sitting up watching the last episode of Narcos so I must have needed the sleep, omg. Definitely gonna turn in on, have like 20min left !! I literally was nodding off talking to try to stay awake. Gotta hit the Thai Massage Joint today...who knew they sold minutes and had a tanning bed in the back?. They gave me 200min free...I wonder why?? I always try and tell my clients, even if Latin or African American, having a base tan makes you glow! You may be thinking...that’s wierd!? It isnt. I watched my papas friends who were pros & they used tanning beds as well. My older brother asked them why, and the massive BB said,” it made his skin glow and helped w definition. I can say as a type 1 whiteboy, it makes the ProTan, look and blend better than being super pale(which I am 24/7) besides non-dha bronzer, if forced or need to (melanotan 2
also using). OH, I forgot...the PANASONIC ARC 5 Electric wet/dry razor is awesome! You do have to use it daily otherwise is doesn’t get close enough but...I also grow a beard in a few days(light facial hair growth types would love it and you can use in the shower). I like to use CREMO moisturizing lotion diluted w some warm water beforehand. Highly recommend! 4.8 stars ⭐️ out of 5! (Always a Gillette Mach 3-5 for a super close shave) and for post shave “LAB SERIES” moisturizer w 35SPF otherwise.

Yes I was glad too!!!! I sure didn’t want surgery but now I Csn go back lifting ,I’ve been so down and out the last month I didn’t know what to do ,but me and me doctor had a long chit chat Thursday and I felt so much better when I left

Hit the weights hard and my workouts are going well. I definitely notice my need for more calories but; I have to remember that it is a trick!! Everything is weighed and measured to ensure I stay in line! Just being around other people meals is hard..I want to devour their plate too’ lol. Just gotta make it through a little less than two weeks and I will have a lot help showing up which is gonna be great! Keep it up everyone!! Gonna try and write out my next bulk. I do know I want to do a 4 day a week minimum, like an upper/lower-push/pull type of training program but I must say; the 6 days a week I am doing now is great and really keeps you Johnny on the Spot but I will enjoy more rest and prep time. I will be doing a gh/peptides run along with my bulk experiment. Have a good evening and morning.

The split I had wrote for myself is a modified push/pull/arms. Ikke the push/pull upper/lower idea too. This is what I had planned for cruise at least

Arms (w/ cgbp and dips to sneak chest in)
Legs/calves
 
Love to see some of these newer meal prep places & restaurants opening up, just gives me more ideas so I don’t get bored eating the same thing. My favorite carb choices are roasted maple/bacon glaze sweet potatoes or fresh garlic/rosemary red potato mash!

I make my own food but, I am going to order 28 custom meals w 70-85g protein avg , just to see how they taste compared to my cooking . I may have to take them all out of business (as far as for athletes). I would have some super flavorful, no preservative, great sourced proteins (wild game meats like elk/bison/venison/antelope/water buffalo) mmm !!

Got some stuff from the store for quick protein & energy. Saw the Oikos Pro: it’s a new plain Greek yogurt with 25g of protein! They add some extra whey concentrate and it is great to use for high protein recipes :pancakes & parfaits & bowls !! Mmm
