I have made some decent meals using my new toy. It works real well for adding crispiness, locking in flavor, and quick. Easy clean up too. I can imagine it could cause someone to pick the wrong foods! Lol. I have been working crazy hours & my workouts keep getting better and better. I had two days where I felt like it took my too long to get through but, it was all in my head. I am finally finishing my workout studio room so I can do more exercises and training days(if needed) without having to hit another gym. Congrats to all of you logging and improving! I have seen an uptick in loggers and guys interested in competitions. Very cool . I cannot wait to gain more experience! Have a good Thursday and weekend.

I finally got an Air Fryer {Bella 6.4qt}. I will be practicing using it on all kinds of food! Whole Chicken & Tempura Halibut Fish & Chips will be first! Lol. I’ll have to make the big booty girls happy

I air fry almost all my proteins just out of convenience, i know salmon and steak is even better out of the pan, but if you’re busy with other things in the house, it’s just one click and you’re able to do other stuff

Yeah, kinda crazy they stayed a bit lean. I definitely have improved them and ....Classic is definitely happening! I am kinda excited to choose a show for practice(always wanna win) but, I am just glad to be able to do the regulation poses !

Steaks are incredible out of the Air Fryer believe it or not lol. If you like steak out of the oven you’re going to love it out of the Air fryer

Also ground beef (make some meatballs out of it) are great!

I have Italian Sausage and 96/4 beef , Bison , Lamb Chops, patties . I am ordering food for pick up to try a bunch of methods . I am going to get the Fat Free Natural Sprays and sometimes I will rub lightly with Macadamia or Avocado Oil (paper towel). I will post up my Creations . I am not just heating up frozen foods . I am going to practice Tempura, Gluten Free breading , Meats, All types of food ! It’s 6.4qt Bella Pro Series , It was a gift from my older brother. Also a flat, long Crock Pot and I have the Ninjas , And Insta-Pot . This is gonna be some fun for me . I have potatoes , fries, Cubed roasted down pat! On to the meat!

I’m so glad you are really getting into how to truly Maximize the potential of your air fryer. I’d love to see some the concoctions you create!! It really cuts down on total cooking time. It’s huge help for busy ppl who need eat a lot of food! I have bought a couple of air fryer cookbooks too to help me spice up my meals!I’m glad you are loving yours!

I’ll try to include one or two of my creations per week and give the directions. Bodybuilding meals can get very boring(even for a good cook) but I find that I just have to work & plan ahead. Time to work but, I will get some great dishes ! Like the Mahi Fried Tacos - OMG , they were delicious.

I recently bought this air fryer convection oven combo . The thing is fantastic for cooking meats . I’ve been cooking Turkey bacon and chicken tenderloins in that thing . It’s pretty hard to mess it up too. Idk how air frying works but the chicken comes out amazing

I have about 5k bodybuilding/fitness tips, recipes, techniques to talk about. I watched “Cooking w Babish “ and some others , I know it would be hard but, if I could get paid to cook & eat! That is a dream

So I have been using MT2 and notice that it’s duration is at least 1.5-2 days of erections! My god, it works great don’t get me wrong but holy shit! Every time I go drive in the car somewhere I get a steel boner! Lmao. I think it works better than Viagra or other dick pills cuz it makes you have better orgasms too. PT-141 would work for those who don’t want the tanning part. Apparently it helps with increasing insulin resistance too.

then a few weeks later you look down and notice you have what you think is abs (only to find out you have severe internal organ damage from electrocuting yourself repeatedly.

All you gotta do is make a name for yourself with your new cooking show, throw in some cutaway lifting tips and have a team of super hot chics appear on camera randomly then once you got your mad maxxx bodybuilding kitchen show pulling in ratings… just etch your name on some plate weights and equipment and BAM! You’ve made it!!

You literally can get some products going . I would love to have just a good food item, like my burritos or meat pies . Portable, (High Nutritional Value)Food is not easy to find! They always skimp on the protein!

Had some great southwest-ish Mexican food. I used to not like that style but, now I love everything. They use a lot more chiles, nopales, beans & rice are a bit different but soo good(had a bit o smoke to em). I have drank like 4-5 gallons of water and it seems like I am still thirsty(dry as F***). I am finally home and didn’t even get pulled over..AMAZING! Gotta hit the gym early because I have a full schedule and will be on the move(or stuck in traffic). I can’t wait for everything to be electric or mass transit(freeways/in-city). I definitely like my Jeep(gas/combustion)and dirt bikes but, they are making the elec dirt bikes too. The shitty thing is that they don’t make it affordable, they tried to almost screw me out of my credit; but they didn’t. Lucid Motors (NASDAQ: LCID) just made 2022 Electric Car of the Year-MotorTrend. Damn thing goes 520mi on one charge. They happened to pick AZ, to build their plant(coincidence). They are $90-120k, so even more than Tesla which is expensive already but they are great IMO. Literally can get a lot of work done in heavy traffic, lol. I know a few family members were contacted to pay a portion of their “car in waiting” already but, my older sis’s hubby told em he isn’t giving them (?? $$ ) because of all the delays, I guess. It’s crazy, the used S , sells for as much as the new ones. Anyway all is well, hitting the rack!

Getting the Air Fryer going ! Everyday since I’ve had it , I have been testing/trialing different dishes. I am starting to like this thing ! If you properly prep the food and season it; it is fast, everything has a better texture and I am able to make Faux (fried foods) like Breaded Fried Fish/Shrimp Tacos, My chicken tenderloins are a joy to eat. I’m letting them soak in FF buttermilk, Louisiana Hot Sauce today tomorrow and I use Organic (RIce, Tapioca, or Almond flour. Then egg/water, and roll in Kikkoman Gluten Free Panko. I let them sit on a rack in freezer just for 20-30min so no dripping and I am telling you. Game changer ! I wiped that butter off , BTW .

Literally just made my chicken thighs in air fryer for first time last night and I'll probably never cook it any other way. Like you said, crispy outside like it's fried. All it was is a lil coconut oil rubbed on with creole and Mrs dash garlic onion seasoning and my god it was good af
