40 minutes on non-workout days and 25 minutes on workout days(post weights or AM fasted). My cardio is 7 days a week and increases by 5-10min each week.

Had a serious training session, needed to get a few extra hours of sleep! I also started using a wet steam sauna and jacuzzi tub. OMG, what a help(at least for me). I like Epsom Salts Baths but, rarely get to do them as I am a total shower guy. Have definitely watched my costs go up on everything it seems. The energy companies seem to like to double the electric bill! Bastages! Lol.
All is well, I will post up some pics soon, I have been able to drop bf% quite well but,
Am holding water (on purpose) as I don’t want to lose too much muscular size. Time to eat ! Omg! Super busy ED now! Everyone in my life has some change or new thing happening so, I have to pay attention to everyone besides myself(at least that is how I think). Under 6 weeks out! I am down to 203lbs.
; just started to lean out but, not much. Keep in mind by bf% never got too high. I have a ton of videos/pics but, I am waiting for 4 weeks out just because I am very particular and was by myself with my phone(hated em all) lol. My V-width is starting to look good, my lats/serratus/obliques are starting to come out. I have to really hit the Low-waist; melt off the last area to go. I have been able to keep my size and actually feel stronger with more endurance(must be Superdrol and primo kicked in; forgot to list), Added 300mg. I have not used any thyroid but am going to. Also, only used 40mcg clen staggered/no ECA. I am holding muscular size but need to bring out a lot more definition, while trying to not drop down more than 10–12lbs!
I keep getting paranoid about coming in shredded or veined out! I know for a fact they don’t mark pts, if you are too ripped unless BB ripped(even though they post that on NPC site for Male Physique. These guys are literally dropping down from not just classic but 260lb BB that cut weight and their sheer size causes a No Win, even though they put in the time; they just should have just went to Classic. I was checking last competitions. I kicked up my cardio to 25-30min post weights and 65min on my OFF days(twice).
I am dialing all my Supps in, switches will mainly happen at week 4 ; the whole program kicks into overdrive. I have drop sets/supersets/pause-reps/tempo changes and my rep ranges are all different. I don’t post it all because it would be just too much.

You can get one from me afterwards. Let’s see if I even place! I booked an hour with a Female IFBB Pro and a Male IFBB Pro; I know them but, I never hired them. I want a female and male POV on little details. Of course the Male Pro charged 4x the amount of the female!! WTH! I didn’t have to pay his incredibly high rate(higher than an attorney!). He buckled when I asked, just the amount of clients I have made him not charge. I sent him 2 other competitors, so he was more than happy. I second guess everything; yet everything is completely done as far as appts/supps/food.

I really enjoy it but training at 2am after 4hrs of sleep then starting work, then starting another job is taking my time(every second it seems). I am OFF today so, only 65min on Treadmill, wathing “Too Hot to Handle Brazil” omg ! Those girls are more sexual !! Holy shit!!

1 -bunch Cilantro
1 -Jalapeño- de seeded/de-veined(unless u want heat!!
1 - clove garlic diced or put through garlic press
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Plain (no flavor)
1/4 cup Sour Cream
2tbsp- EVOO or Macadamia Oil
Juice of One lime or 1/2 a lime
Fresh cracked Black pepper and Salt to taste
(Refrigerate then taste again) it last Two-Three weeks but, it only lasts a week for me!!)

had 1/2 cup Best Foods(Hellman’s/Dukes)Mayo
instead of Cabots Greek yogurt. Of course it would be ridiculously better with Mayo but are fit people so; I changed it ! Lol

Big old beard and muscles. Kids @ high school thought I was a teacher a few times. Looking incredibly good brother. I’m glad your liking the Superdrol.

Indeed XOTG and ! The EP Sdrol from UncleZ; is a superior oral compared to my prior use of other brands, was able to actually drop my waist circumference while gaining pounds of lean body mass in a short time where I needed! Obviously, there are many factors but, I was scared I would : hold water/feel like shit/or lose my appetite. At first, I felt a bit tired-ish(like 3-4 days) just off a bit. Here is what I did though which can paint a clear picture
A- I was on an eod schedule with test/tren
B- added sdrol at 10mg twice daily
C- lowered injectables to 3x weekly vs EOD

Realize I was bulking for a competition in late Sept/Early Oct and after the promoter changed a few things; I decided to switch to a competition which was 30 days earlier!! ..so I really wasn’t prepared to start cutting! It was a decision I made in a 48hr period!
I was feeling extra tired, but I had just dropped my total kcals by 1,000 -1,200 minimum. Then, after about a week; I dropped my eod inj to 3 x a week, thereby lowering my total mg by 200mg!
The sdrol was so strong that I actually started lifting more!
So imagine, after bumping it to 12.5mg twice daily for a total of 25mg only, I was able to drop to a 3x a week schedule vs EOD(verra nice), even though I am dropping total pounds, I can lift more weight on every exercise!! Now, be very cautious because when I finally transitioned mentally/physically to the changes; if I was a beginner/intermediate lifter; I would definitely have hurt myself by lifting super aggressively(I remember doing this w/o my pop being around).
Luckily, I have a lot of experience with injuries and the pitfalls one makes while feeling Jacked and your strength/endurance improves so fast!
I kept my strict style/tempo and did not indulge the mental/physical feelings of That Aggression or Pushing it to the limit. The proof is in pictures and I can say I definitely it was the right choice for
1. needing to quickly change their physique
2. being “on” and seem to hit a plateau(cutting/bulking/or recomp) it is as versatile as Var but, way more more potent and toxic)so short blasts only IMO/IME
3. need to be experienced and not lift sloppily or try and hit PR’s or test your 1rm! (Unless you’re a competitive power lifter/strongman

My plan was to go from 10- 20mg, then bump to 30 but, 25mg seemed to be perfect and I avoided sides that I experienced with prior use.
I almost think that whatever I tried prior wasn’t even methasterone, also called methyldrostanolone to be completely honest. I had a totally different experience before this (it was a UG capsule not from this forum)basically looked like a supplement, and had some really bad sides! The Euro Pharma sdrol was a positive factor in quickly making the changes I needed and was able to avoid the well known sides(which can happen with almost any oral).

Holy Tests of tests Batman! I had a Hawaiian Feast Made for a family members birthday party that turned into a large reunion. Fuckers ! Surprising me! I can say without a doubt that i did very well eating my own food! Bastards had Halekulani Coconut Cake! Strangle!! Lol. Hitting the gym harder than ever and doing well. Although I am constantly at work; it is a positive sign things are going well. Endurance is getting scary; I think I may need to change things in that dept but we will see with a small drop in carbs each week; or not!! Lol

I use HBCD’s(highly-branched cyclic dextrin): Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Waxy Maize, Sweet Potato Powder, Oat Powder(all different ratios) directly after my workout(within 30minutes) very impotant!!


ALL EXERCISES: 4 SETS, REPS- 5-8, rest time 30 second max between sets, rest between exercises 1-2min rest max. Tempo: Strict, Controlled, No Momentum Reps using Mind/Muscle Connection Targeting Exact Muscle being worked. I will dictate my cardio as I go. This 3on,1off, 3on,1,off schedule is intense and I will be doing cardio separately at home 7 days weekly. Intensity/type : TBD daily

* Lying Single-Arm Dumbbell Extension
* Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks(opposite knee and hand on bench, bent over, elbow to side never moving)

This is my cardio schedule for this week
60 minutes on non-workout days and 2
30 minutes on workout days(post weights or AM fasted). My cardio is 7 days a week and increases by 5-10min each week.

Holy Tests of tests Batman! I had a Hawaiian Feast Made for a family members birthday party that turned into a large reunion. Fuckers ! Surprising me! I can say without a doubt that i did very well eating my own food! Bastards had Halekulani Coconut Cake! Strangle!! Lol. Hitting the gym harder than ever and doing well. Although I am constantly at work; it is a positive sign things are going well. Endurance is getting scary; I think I may need to change things in that dept but we will see with a small drop in carbs each week; or not!! Lol
