    I will Perform sets with a shorter rest period at about 65% of maximum. I will be doing cardio and core/calves workouts between each weightlifting day. This is a 6 day per week plan w Three days of High Volume Weights/3 days of Cardio+Core/Calves. I am going to focus on hitting my caloric surplus goals by eating clean, but not AS strict{for me}.

    Monday – Chest and Back
    Incline Bench Press: 10 x 10 135lb
    Wide grip Pull-Ups: 10 x 10 reg and assisted
    Deadlifts: 10 x 10 135 {slow style}
    Resistance Band Flyes: 10 x 10 {dumbbells if they come in*} 30lb

    I eat 6x times per day and it is lean proteins, complex carb sources{rice/potatoes/grains beans} vegetables, fruit, and nuts.

    Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD/60 maltodextrin carbs, 44oz water, IV hydration pack, hemp/flax
    Meal 2- 7oz cubed steaks, 2 eggs, 2 pieces Dave’s Powerseed , 12oz Fairlife Milk.
    Meal 3- 60g whey Isolate, 120 simple/complex carbs: dextrose/maltodextrin.
    Meal4- 8oz oven turkey breast, Veges, homemade pita w basmati rice and Tzatziki
    Meal5- Mojo Chicken roasted w artichoke hearts, seasons, oranges. Lots of Spanish rice on the side (125g carbs), 32oz water
    Meal6- 8oz cottage cheese with pineapple {before bed*}

    **Snacks- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky, small select cheeses, olives, cream of rice or grapenuts cereal .
    2gal water* and 2 cups cold brew coffee daily. P5P, l-theanine, and sleepytime tea X2 before bed for relaxation.
    Yes I get 2 cheat meals weekly!!

    Had a real busy morning/afternoon, had a good time training with the girls. They loved my room and couldn’t believe how I set it up so strategically to fit and said it was better than being at the gym! Made me feel good about my design. I am saying screw the powerblocks and just ordering the 20inch Olympic dumbbell handles and gonna buy 20 or so 10lb plates; hopefully bumpers. Gonna cost the same $$ but the blocks would have been a lot more convenient for quick change. Maybe someone will buy them off me when the big daddy 175 commercial ones start coming online
    for sale with gym closures(a lot of gyms are hurting) it is hard enough to keep your members when your open. Had a kick ass meal tonight, I had that chicken marinating since Sat evening. Have a good night and have some dirty sex: for the cardio of course! Lol

    I eat 6x times per day and it is lean proteins, complex carb sources{rice/potatoes/grains beans} vegetables, fruit, and nuts.

    Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD/60 maltodextrin carbs, 44oz water, IV hydration pack, hemp/flax
    Meal 2- 7oz cubed steaks, 2 eggs, cream of rice cereal , 12oz Fairlife Milk.
    Meal 3- 60g whey Isolate, 120 simple/complex carbs: dextrose/maltodextrin.
    Meal4- 7oz tuna , vegetables, 2 pieces Dave’s powerseed, 12oz Fairlife milk
    Meal5-10oz chicken breast, 80g Calrose rice , 2 cups spinach salad w eggs cbd vinaigrette,32oz water
    Meal6- 8oz cottage cheese with cherries {before bed*}

    **Snacks- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky, small select cheeses, olives, cream of rice or grapenuts cereal .

    I am getting a chance to train at a closed gym which is awesome. I have been looking foreword to getting s couple movements in that I don’t have at home. I a still a day behind But tomorrow is pictures so...got that going. My nose is so stuffed,idk what is going on: allergies probably.

    I started up the flonase this last week. Never had allergies when I was younger, but any more it sucks.

    Yeah, I am hoping it is just allergies. I feel fine otherwise. My appetite is good but my breathing sucks. Hopefully it goes away soon.
