Of course I saw Ghostbusters and it was alright. I think they hyped it. Workout was strong, my legs are damn roadmapping. My lifts are going up gently as I have a lot on my plate work wise(which is great) but, it also affects certain things. I always hope for the best. I have not watched any news for like a month and when someone in my family sends me an article, my phone usually won’t even open it cuz u have to sign up(which I won’t). Maybe that is where I get some extra time to study PED’s/nutrition...I don’t spend a minute on news, but I do watch YouTube and Binge shows. Wish me luck this year! :) I want 2022 to be great for all of us, sincerely. We had a shite/shitty/crap past year. Wish you all the best from my family to yours!

I want to go “Full off-season Bulk” but everytime I go to do it, someone steps in and causes me to “just stay lean Max, we can’t get too watery.” I swear if I hear that again (for $$ reasons) . I am just gonna fight em and go full out . Hopefully after Christmas , I will get to “Full 2.0” ! How are you doing reaching your goal for today?

The food is almost as good as Vancouver and that is Hard to beat! I wish I had some Puget Sound shellfish!! OMG , so many varieties of clams, oysters, but my favorite is the halibut! I am having some today !

This year. I have family in those parts “Kirkland/Bellvue” area . I still need about 6 more trips to eat at all my spots that I need marked “Off “. I also go to the Emerald Cup sometimes . Such a great show , Craig is a friend of my papa.

You will. You always have been an athlete. It just takes time and you cannot break Dr Orders, just hurt yourself and be f’d. Most get on booze or pain meds forever and never workout(if they have too many procedures) that goes for women and cosmetic surgery too. You got this , just do the “good eating and cardio” until your healed.

Another day down and back to work! I am single so I have been going out and I am glad I know people; it costs a shit Ton of money to go to these clubs(like hundreds to thousands) for one night! I have locals VIP and I happen to have a lot of VIP hostesses as friends. Then if you drink, it’s another $500-800 for a bottle of $50 liquor. I’m so glad I am a bodybuilder! It helps me not only eat healthy, make healthy choices(even using peds), and fiscally responsible. I am good at saving for my future anyway. I had 3 jobs when I was 12, lol. Hope you and your families have a Happy Thanksgiving! It will be my first alone in well....forever ! I have family here but, it’s just weird ! I have a great Thanksgiving story , I’ll tell you one day . Let’s just say, I was alone(18yrs old) and two of my female neighbor/friends came over to my house because (I was alone) and I had one behind me on the couch, one in front of me, watching a movie (and moving around a bit,lol) . A knock at the door happens , I yell “come in” and it’s my super recent ex girlfriend ! I swear this kind of shit happens to me all the time! I could be in another country(in fact I have three times) and I will run into somebody that knows me. The weirdest was: I was in a tiny Guatemalan city “pronounced Shayla”. Anyway I ran into a girl from my fifth grade class there! Crazy.

I’ve been to the Tacoma Dome. My papa said back in the day, all the Crips & Bloods; for some reason(prison/jail/on the run) moved from LA area to Tacoma and it was the Murder Capital of the US for a while. He went to a GUNS’N’ROSES concert there and otw, a few cars ahead they heard a gunshot, they saw a mustang pull off the road and some guys randomly shot at their car (the bullet) went through the taillight and killed a 17yr old girl on her way to the concert. Anyway, I am glad it is getting better ; I have a trip that I am planning to visit family in OR, WA but I want to start by the Canada Border and Hit Highway 1 (101) and drive Touring bikes ,all the way down to SoCal ending at the Mexican Border. Max as always it’s great to follow your log. I’ve logged a lot and read a lot of them. Your by far has been one of the most informative and entertaining that I have followed. Keep it up my brother. Hell of a job.

That is a huge compliment! I obviously put my heart into it, I have nothing I am trying to sell anyone, I compete, just live the life: work/prep/train/log/sex/cook more, . It takes years for people to actually get to know me online; they 1000% think I am “just getting ready to sell them something” they just cannot believe I train people free, that I am not ever pushing a line, or have some evil agenda. TBH , I try em all(unless they have a bad reputation/feedback), and I do reviews if I like either: the service, the rep, the products and which ones. I however do not do negative reviews and I the give any sponsor a chance to fix their mistake/s before throwing them under the bus; and even then; I tell who needs telling. The very few that has happened with; to are no longer here! So that’s good. I will say: this lifestyle is not for everyone and that is their choice. I will also let newbies and everyone else know this : a cycle is not $400-$750! An average cycle costs thousands , so don’t send me mail about a few bottles .lol . Now this isn’t the case for someone who hasn’t cycled or just a few times. Those guys can do some Test/Deca and done.

Just the AI, PCT alone was out of my $$ range when I started, so I waited until I had Aromasin , Nolvadex, Clomid, Caber and minimum 2 amps of HCG, plus a bottle of 20 tabs 1mg Cabaser, and a Bottle of Letro for emergencies! So without even AAS Oils/orals, GH, SLIN, Peptides, Sarms, or nutritional supplements. Just the AI/PCT/Caber/letro(shown above costs: avg $500. Then comes the actual OILS/ORALS/GH/PEPTIDES/Thyroid. After that the nutritional ergogenic supplements, protective supplements, and by far thee biggest cost(beyond gh) is FOOD! Quality, highly nutritious food. I posted this because I get so many PM/Dm/emails about logging/sponsoring/and general questions about what is good or just tips. I answer 99.9% of all correspondence too. Logging is very hard and I do it to share my experiences for myself and my friends here, and the new guys(even non forum members) that are just here to look around.
