Back to Basics! Glad to have all of my food choices and am taking full advantage of all my dry storage for prepping my wraps and patties and bowls{bags really}. Makes it so easy to just heat and eat! I was quite irritated with my Back Widow attachment being OUT OF STOCK! But am looking at a few multi cable attachment kits. Of course it will become available again but; always right when I am ready to click BUY; whatever I am going to order is somehow sold out. Oh well, it won’t stop my progress. I am prepping now. At 218 and feeling good. Just ready to grow and dial in my physique. Hope you have a great week!! Get that food ready! You have time!! Just take some food out of the freezer and transfer it to the fridge; then heat up that grill and turn on the EZ POT or Dutch oven tomorrow!!

I am happy to see family is coming to visit; although I still have to stay safe as I am not vaccinated. I don’t even have a clue as to when. Probably months from now; just going to be as safe as possible! I am not going to lose 30-40lbs like I have seen it do..or worse. I feel strong as a horse and am not even blasting anything. My strength is a lot more than I lead on. I just stay away from testing out my Max Max! Lol. I will get closer to doing my 3RM in a month or so. I want to see how strong my low back is and it’s strength. My shoulders too. Those are my two scary areas. Not scary but have stopped me from training for 6 weeks. Kick ass and I will update when I start my simply awesome Ester blast!!
