    If I am wanting or have to eat out: I get sushi, Loco Moco, Spam Musubi, or double meat teriyaki bowls or bento boxes. Meat Kabobs are also easy to eat without utensils. If you look closely, it may help you see how to do it yourself. Having foil, plastic , containers and good cold pack are essential to bodybuilding and working. These bags last up to 2 days in the car and some cheaper ones last at least your work day. Just make a time - get all your stuff prepped and wrapped - freeze or refrigerate. I cannot tell you how many times I just grab a couple meat patties or steaks or veggie packs,to get protein and fruit veg or nuts quick! Prepping equal success!!

    So when I want a really good supplement that I know I am good to use for life; this is a good way to test your bulk powder supplier; even the top name brands of protein or EEAS. etc
    I have an extensive list of products I take so getting a third party test is soo important. Berberine HCL at the highest purity is the only way to ensure I am gong to get the full benefits and results. I mix 1 to 1.5g w a few others hcl form of extracts to increase my insulin sensitivity and help my gains.

    Now, I need you opinion on something, Which one would you get? {for my room home gym}
    This is around $600
    And this back widow will be about $300
    But has 16 different positions and works w cables , landmine , and every as a stand to elevate barbell
    Just trying to decide, gotta get this stuff , my matador finally is OTW. Only 10months! lol

    Max Iím super happy you finally got your dumbells!!! They do look and sound like they are pretty damn nice. I hope your not on a second floor in your place though. If so and you get too much more stuff you might fall through to the downstairs. Lol Just joking brother! Your set up is looking good though. Congrats!!!!💪💪🤙

    I was super excited to use my new dumbbells and start new exercises to prep for upcoming run! They are super bad ass but, I am doing lighter than normal weights; even with barbell. I am going to stick w my 3 heavy lifts{hopefully more plates soon}I did pick up a pair of 10lb bumpers, 260lb set order delay; so I donít want to buy anymore plates. My low back and hams are going to be very sore. The lowest weight in lbs is 11.2lbs so I actually have 10&7.5lb girly singles; which I do use especially with drop sets and super high rep sets{rarely do}. I prepped and made a ton of pre-made Max Burritos, egg cups w various meats/flavors, Fresh grated potato hash browns :recipe*
    1.Peeled/Grated Idaho Spud into huge pile.
    2.Soak in water tub w 1/8 cup white Vinegar in refrigerator for one hour.
    3.Drain,lay out paper towels thick spread out thin{whole counter) top with more towels til super dry.
    4.Use metal large cupcake pans, paper cupcake liners, put paper into holes.
    5.Take hashbrowns, fill an press hard to bottom/sides of cupcake paper, leaving hollow center to fill w egg-meat-veg-etc.
    6.Put in 400deg oven for 20-25 min til browned,crisp. Remove, let cool on safe counter, keep oven @400.
    7.Make filling- whisk whole eggs/whites/both, fill with cooked, lean meat choice, herbs, seasoning, veg, cheese,any flavors.
    {I like steak, chicken breast, 96/4 ground beef/turkey- sausage, taco, spicy chorizo, vegetarian substitute can be used.
    8.Fill browned potato cups with mixture, bake another 5-10 min til set/cooked through. Let cool. Later Remove cups from pans, keep paper on. Put 2 into small ziplock baggies, some for three days worth, put the rest into large gallon bags and freeze until ready to take to work or re-heat.

    I simply love these things! You can make customize to your diet with or without potatoes, Any and all flavors. Denver, Lorraine, Florentine, Western, Any omelet or quiche flavors you like. No carb/Keto, low fat, zone, any ratio. I tried to eat one right away and the paper was sticking and I was pissed, thinking I should Have sprayed the cup liners. DONT! Once they were cooled in the fridge the next day, the paper comes right off. You can heat 2 in microwave for 1 min or 1:15 and eat. If frozen cook on 50-60% power for 3min or full power 1:30- 2:15. I also reheat on parchment or foil if at home. You can just pull out if cooler and eat cold it out in the field. They are delicious. I made 4 dozen and packed them in freezer with my burritos - ALL MARKED ON BAG.
    When my refrigerated burritos/wraps, egg or egg filled pototo cups are low, I put 3 more days worth back into fridge for quick reheat.
    So good I could market these. My goals are to make nutrition bodybuilder/fitness fast foods w all fresh ingredients that I can eat quick and no utensils. It is time to make them but I am done for two weeks of breakfast, lunch, or anytime meals. Took me two times to get right. You can skip grating and use Simply Hash Browns, they work great and have 1-2 month exp dates in refrigerator. I am working on a twist on Aranchini{risotto rice balls filled w cheese, breaded and deep-fried!! Omg. I am going to make a healthy High protein, high carb version that is oven fried and gluten free{for my girl and family that have Celiac}.

    I have an extensive list of products I take so getting a third party test is soo important. Berberine HCL at the highest purity is the only way to ensure I am gong to get the full benefits and results. I mix 1 to 1.5g w a few others hcl form of extracts to increase my insulin sensitivity and help my gains.

    Now, I need you opinion on something, Which one would you get? {for my room home gym}
    This is around $600
    And this back widow will be about $300
    But has 16 different positions and works w cables , landmine , and every as a stand to elevate barbell
    Just trying to decide, gotta get this stuff , my matador finally is OTW. Only 10months! lol

    Yeah; I have to quit reading reviews on stuff. People complain that it is too heavy!(loll, they want a lighter ...so it breaks. I definitely am picking it over an combo kit; the mags are just expensive and I would want em all. It is about time to start ! Hopefully my last stuff shows up. Damn mail people. At least i did get dumbbells and learned so many new exercises with the assistance/resistance bands z

    Looks like you going to make some solid gains with the new additions in your home gym. The mag grips are indeed extremely expensive but the feel on those are unbelievable good! I would go with the 3th one (some what neutral grip).

    At first you will have to take 1/2 scoop for a month and then full dose. I put a scoop in my morning supp/Antiox Shake Wild blueberries , spinach, all my supps w protein sometimes other fruit. I feel really good! Hard to tell you but I am focused and calm but enthusiastic. I do drink cold brew black coffee as well. For some it has very positive effects on their brain. I want aware until taking it , I got it for protective organ care but it was a welcomed side effect of mood improvement . Especially if blasting . It was one of the only powders that had the good dosage
    All in one - cuts down your supplement cost for sure.
