    Semorelin Forte Plus - ghrp6/
    ghrp2/ semorelin acetate mix}350mcg before bed, Sub-Q {Tue-Thur-Sat-Sun}*
    Beligas T3/ T4 current
    Beligas Nolva/Adex as needed
    Beligas Cialis 5mg daily
    Test undecanoate 75mg per week
    {It is a single 3ml/750mg shot of Aveed
    given by Nurse every 10 weeks@ clinic
    Provi 12.5 2x daily am/pm

    Olympic Deadlifts 305, 305, 305 +9

    I am quite distraught with the environment in general. I dont hate or have mean thoughts toward any human being besides Chomos/Rapos and child/animal abusers !! I am choosing not to comment further. I am going to put on a good Movie or Show and go to sleep. Keep your mind on staying healthy and keep your eye on the prize..you and yours!! My work has me doing off hours so I am gonna try and hit the rack! GH flowin ..made some Homemade Yukon Gold Corned Beef Hash and Eggs for Dinner!! Delicious It is lunchtime for most but I am doing a lot of splits and travel.

    I didnt get a chance to watch the new episode of Expanse yesterday, my girl had better plans! BOOTY!! At least it was extra cardio, lol. I cannot believe how much btc went up! Crazy! I had another day of paperwork, etc, finally finished things up.
    Someone posted a pic of a big Titty milf w glasses{Secretary} and that Cialis is still in my system. Now I am wanting to go seduce one of the office women!     What a day! Just had a nice T-Bone Steak w. Cremini mushrooms and a Monster Salad.
    I love that Red Meat!! I miss eating my cube steaks every morning! I changed stuff up to improve my numbers and eat a ton of fiber now. Not Metamucil or anything; just a ton of fruit and veg. , a lot more nuts and seeds too. I get them all raw and make my own little flavor kicks and roast em real quick , bag em up and some go to the freezer, some I lay around the pad. Not much more happening, watched the latest Expanse episode...great show for people who like sci-fi/space -future genres.
