Plates, Attachments, etc. which is surprising; I figured the covid vacc. Would cause an even longer wait. Hopefully it isn’t like 4-5 week shipping ! That would blow. Have a great New year !

Sorry if this has been discussed already, but how are you handling the 10iu dose post workout? What time of day is this? Any lethargy/tiredness after dosing or anything else notable? Sometime I will hit 4-5 ius pre workout and lethargy hits me hard about an hour or 2 post workout.

That’s okay. It started just before bed, then have switched post workout(when doing weights in evening: which is what I prefer). If for some reason I have to train early; it is done at bedtime. And the sides are very pronounced!! It has been quite an experiment/experience. Luckily I am a contractor and am able to make my hours. If Max had to go to a 9-5 office or job site; would have not been making it the first weeks. Super huge meals and lots of sleep were involved. The food part is crazy! It is not for the faint of heart and is just for the experimental cycle. Now , I have determined that it should only be done like that for a short time during a bulk, I cannot imagine if I was doing a blast along with it! A more traditional split would be used for long runs. I will say that it works unbelievably for Major gainz!!.
