    This is my cardio schedule for this week
    40 minutes on non-workout days and 25 minutes on workout days(post weights or AM Fasted).
    Just some details I forgot to mention. My cardio is 7 days a week and increases by 5-10min each week.

    Crazy today! Nice “No-Day Off”! Lol. Everyone was going somewhere and I had to be at 3 different locations, all while eating on the road! Luckily, I always prep my food so, I was prepared. My cousin is moving across country to finish grad school. He is definitely going to do well. We both do something wrong love and I am glad I had a hand in what he is doing for his career as well. I have a picture of use at 14-16 and it is crazy how quickly time flies! I am very excited for him and my self too! I trained kinda late because of all the business. It made no difference whatsoever, in fact; I think I was stronger but, I definitely need to remember to bring my Hydration packs or drink mix. I cramped up a bit, nothing bad! I drink agua all day long too! Anyway, enjoy your night! What is your favorite primo acetate tablet brand ? (Not inj) for a girl.

    Gonna miss this type of Brekkie!!
    So good!! I just have to do modify it a little bit for myself(add 7oz of chicken or turkey and vegetables). Miss this stuff
    I have stopped most my pwo/but am still having all black cold brew (2 servings daily). Plus a ton of water! I loved taking 10mg w 2-3g White Kratom w one cold or nitro Black! If you need to be “Johnny On the Spot” at Work...OMG, crazy focused and people don’t bother you as much! I found that I like podcasts/talk radio. I am setting up all the YouTube ped/training talks for my car rides and cardio instead of watching binge shows! So great! Even though a few have the most outrageously unattractive accents(lol, Greg!) but I am sooo entertained and love when they get fired up, even if it over dramatic. Nothing worse than some guy speaking monotone or reading a study; UNLESS...they have ran the human or animal protocol! Then I spruce up! The closer it gets to competing, the more interested I get about muscle sparing techniques. Without me knowing; I am taking a lot of the supplements they give to people w cachexia/muscle wasting/Sarcopenia.

    I have mainly used MK677(6mo straight ED), and Somatozine which is a better version for PM dosing, has supporting ingredients that make it a lot more potent. I am a excited to run an new Sarm/oral & inj peptide/secretogogues blend along with rHGH & and the rest of blast; involving health supplements and beta agonists. I have been quite busy but am putting together: (2) experiments, one is just 8 weeks! The other lasts until I stop growing ! Lol

    Watched “Fear Street” 1994,1978; now watching 1666. Pretty good and entertaining, plus it gave me something new to watch while doing boring cardio. Lol. All is well, just enjoying my day off weights. I got a new contract so, more training , lol. Keep it up, I know a few of you are close to your shows. I am feeling the butterflies as well!

    Tore it up today and I had three clients at the same place so, once they were done my girl met me to help out. It was great and pushed me to show her how much I don’t care about poundage and that I was dead set on burning the muscle close to failing while keeping form. It usually is the other way around and you would lift heavier(true shit), I am down to 210 which is good. I will post up some updates pics, I am greedy and was waiting to week 4 but, I’ll at least get a quickie for ya! Keep up with your workouts, your family and job, I hope you don’t let anything get in the way!! If u do, forget it and just start right back up as if the delay was a short weekend or week at a crappy motel and now it’s time to come back home! And

    P.S. I have decided to go “blue” and am trying to decide on what shade from powder light baby blue to dark royal or a neon type blue...let me know what to you. Keep in mind I will be super dark from the airsspray tanning so jus think : Blonde/blue eyes w Protan on !

    Out of those two shown id pick the mint board shorts. I had a pair of billabong baggies that were white with a second layer underneath which had beautiful women in bikinis showing through and you could see them even better once you got them wet. Loved those !!
