    Holy Crap! Look @ this vending machine! Crazy. Reminds me of Tokyo or something..I knew at one point we we start having stuff like this. In Japan and Okinawa u can buy beer, cold brew , sushi, all that. Pretty Darn Good Options

    MaxPower Lifting Training 3 sets of 3-5 reps progressively adding weight to burn out @ 3 reps. (For 2-4 weeks) These are some of the main lifts I am doing. I will be doing variations of each as well. I am on my HRT- Test undecanoate 75mg weekly(750mg e10weeks), 4iu gh split daily , 25mg Provi split daily , 100mg nandrolone Decanoate weekly.

    Back Squats
    Front Squats
    Push Presses
    Clean & Jerk(from hip:from knee)
    OH Military Presses
    Power Snatch
    Power Cleans

    I am working on building strength and power for the next few weeks. I will start my bodybuilding program when I start my cycle. My goal is to build up my base and overall power for my upcoming bodybuilding program. I went out to a new gym (for me) and met up with a few online friends to train, then out for a nice post workout lunch. Now I am back in the room. Check out what they have here: (I donít drink but, how cool is this shit!?)

    Hope your having a good Tuesday. I did my am cardio, hit some circuit training as that is what I had available. I tried doing my headstand shoulder presses on two boxes(like I did during Covid before I got my Rogue set-up). OH my lord! It was very difficult and it reminded me...Add in bodyweight exercises (assisted,reg,weighted)! One more day and I am gettin some. I am going to continue my new unsponsored log so make sure to stop by. Of course my blast is pretty straightforward, but the gh/other peptides/glp factors are not. Lol. It will be quite interesting to see if I see actual muscle groups grow from any type of proliferation at the inj site(with igf or peptide growth factors). My calories are about 4,000+ right now as that seems to be what I need. I am adding kcals as I gain any lbs and will rely on a lot of carbs during this bulk and just enough protein, so I am able to enjoy some healthy fats!     Btw- I tried a few different brands (orals) just PWO, to see any noticeable differences. One of them kept me pumped all day long! I love that pump that hurts!!(not low back) lol
