, and my carb choice depends on need at the time! I use HBCD’s(highly-branched cyclic dextrin): Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Waxy Maize, Sweet Potato Powder, Oat Powder(all different ratios) directly after my workout(within 30minutes) very impotant!!
So, finishing my last few powerlifting workouts!! I feel really strong and gained some great balance and technique. If you have a problem eating or gaining weight; possibly due to using orals, lifting 5-6 days a week, or just a Hard Gainer(ectomorph-any age). I highly would highly encourage the individual to try this workout or hire a professional to teach you the Olympic Powerlifting Lifts similar to the above 3x a week while off 4 days a week. Light cardio with smaller areas: Gastroc-Soleus/abs-obliques-serratus/forearm muscles can be done on the “off days”. You possibly gain 10-15lbs(w/o blasting). The intense, highly explosive lifts raise up all your natural hormone levels and I personally noticed how it increased my appetite. Plus, you have a lot of rest days which is awesome! Just for a month or longer(if still gaining).

Persian Golden Crust Rice with Persian (Iranian)Chicken, Homemade Pita Made on my “Comal”; use normally for Corn or Flour Tortillas. Tzatziki w Feta (Cabots Whole or Oikos High-Protein Greek Yogurt is phenomal), Israeli Salad, side of Kalamata Olives. The “Golden Crust Rice” is hard to make technically, so I make two of my Largest pans(completely worth it. Can look up on a search. I use a high quality Basmati”Buttered Popcorn” Rice(exact brand pictured) it has that exact smell when opened and it is naturally occurring attribute. Sooo good
especially when you do the flip of the pan and it is perfectly crisp crust outside and the buttery-Saffron golden color. Enjoy your Sunday.

Btw- A female chef that owns cooked meal business. She was talking to me at one of our larger Athletic Clubs and I had no clue! She is 26yrs old(recent Culinary School grad), verra nice
; of course food was the main topic after she opened with asking me for help(spotting). She Told me to give her my : grocery list of foods I eat, macros needs, and how I like everything prepared/cooked. It would be @ cost w no charge for labor(just my food, packing/delivery costs). I am planing on going to go to her commercially shared kitchen for a tour and 12 small plate tasting this week on Friday(it isn’t something she planned for a group, so it will just be us she said). She is gong to make me 21 meals for the week w 7 snacks at cost, to get business obviously. I am actually looking forward to seeing how these meals are!! Who knows; I may not have to cook my normal 42meals plus and have some extra hours per week(a lot).
