Monday-
The 5x5 is tough. It has been a while since I have put so much into just three days and kind of concentrating on calories: type of calories and ratios so much. It is something different pretty much daily but, I am trying to see how I react to larger amounts of protein and fats at times: {like keto} and then low fat/high carb: high protein at other times.
The gh experimenting has been a little rough starting out : getting used to the sleep/tiring sides in doing One larger IM inj on Heavy Days only. Busy, busy all the time and glad I am. Should be fun to start logging exact program; but I have not started any additional changes except the New Gh protocol. Should start blasting in the middle of this month. Looking forward to it.

Had a busy day working, cooking, and prep cooking early AM. I have been doing getting stronger and my muscles are expanding. If it is water; it is intramuscular because I am not bloated whatsoever...which is great. My water intake is over 2 gallons of plain water besides black cold brew coffee and herbal tea at night. I have been screwing with my macros daily! I am seeing how many carbs I can take in{mostly complex from food} and a large simple dose post workout with close to zero fats until I notice a rise in subq water or BF%, then I drop the carbs and increase the fat but I raise the protein and raise the calories by 100 for 2-3 days and I am noticing that even though my total calories are raised; I lose any extra subq water of bodyfat I notice. I am really testing if the macros during the days of high gh single dose IM and the days I am not using vs. time I dose{playing with AM, Post workout, and before bed. I do the high carbs, low fat at different times as well because of the gh timing. This is very confusing to you I am sure but; It is giving me the map for my course when I start a blast. When I do that; you will see what I decided was the best time for the timing of the gh and the macros ratios and caloric intake for each day or days. Anyway, I decided to make a tapas-crudités type deal with salad and bang shrimp and chicken and raw vegetables this evening. It was really good; the sauce is like a bang bang type dipping sauce. I will keep you posted as I get this schedule and macro part down along with the protocol. This part is just daily trial and error. It is a lot about how and what type of macros I can take on the gh days vs the days I am using a blend of peptides and Heavy Compound lifting days vs the smaller isolated low volume/non training days. A lot of factors but, this will not be so confusing once I have my body’s reactions dowm. Have a good Evening.

It is a work in progress as far as the macro to supp use. I am just glad to be moving up in size and weight without bloat.

~Beltropin GH 10iu IM/Once daily{*titrating up from 6iu currently}
~Semorelin Forte Plus {Ghrp6/Ghrp2/Semorelin blend}@ 250mcg currently sub q, before bed.
*Most physicians prescribe a dose in the range of 250-350 per night. 9mg Vial{3mg/3mg/3mg} 4x per week @ 250mcg-350mcg total.

Doing One large gh dose IM 3x weekly on my heavy days(mon-wed-fri)and 4 days of the mix on the other days for the endogenous stim/growth. Trying to see if it will cause{1}
a better result in hypertrophy and hyperplasia in body vs what have done before: split dose ed, 5x a week split. Also, to see if the mix will{2}help for increased growth and fat loss while helping me keep the body producing/stimulating its own production. -Note:{trying GH one time dose post workout currently; but may change to am or before bed, trying all ways to know which is most effective}.
Have done so many different protocols and researched forever; so: trying something new. Not taking any additional PEDs besides the TRT/Hormone Program above. Started protocol Oct 20 and definitely seeing some good size already but; dealing with getting up to the 10iu Part is tough!! Overwhelming hunger and sleep!! The forte blend- easy and simple: sub q bedtime. The main goal is to actually bulk with out having the watery-bloat look of the muscle. Doing a lot of manipulation of macros and and post workout ratios of large carbs/protein/supp powder shakes. Some days are no added fats and some days are high quality fats/protein w carbs from fruits and vegetables only. A lot of fresh, fruit and vegetables are being taken daily no matter what. Noticing that, the day AFTER the large one time IM dose and heavy lifting is when it feels like the need fir a lot of extra calories. It is complicated but, am seeing if body is able to handle larger protein, and protein and carbs; also in one sitting as well. So, will keep doing this until hitting the 10iu and keep testing limits on macros for this month. {**FYI: using a lot of glucose strips daily**}. By then, should have a decent idea of timing and ratios of macros on each day. Then; will start a Blast. Will post a pic around the 20th as it will be one month since starting.....keep in mind;started at 4iu and still just at 6iu, trying to get up to the target(10iu). Anyway. That is it! Below is information on the mix prescribed. Look forward to getting this all down....Then could blast!! Hopeful for a next level Look. Not Massive but, more 8k UHD Unreal ...lol! Gonna turn Full Cyborg at one point!!

Doing One large gh dose IM 3x weekly on my heavy days(mon-wed-fri)and 4 days of the mix on the other days for the endogenous stim/growth. Trying to see if it will cause{1}
a better result in hypertrophy and hyperplasia in body vs what have done before: split dose ed, 5x a week split. It was delicious!! I think Philly Cheesesteak, Pizza, Super Loaded Mexican, and Huge Bacon Cheesburgers , Any Bakery Sweets are My favorites to Cheat. I rarely ever eat Donuts, Cake, Ice Cream, Cookies , Any of that stuff{even in a cheat meal} but, if I do...,I can eat unreal amounts!! Then I instantly pass out! Really! Now I want 2 dozen donuts : cake donuts, yeast donuts, fritters, filled, crullers, glazed !! I’m dying now !

Dips- {inward grip/back of hands facing each other}awkward, I know* 4 sets 6-8 reps{no weight}.
Banded reverse tricep pushdowns- 4 sets 6-8 reps ~cannot tell the listed lbs do not apply as I attach a 40lb band and add more or less and it changes depending on where you attach and how far away you stand/angle too{I just add enough to fail near 6 on last two sets}.

Had a Day of Leisure and Way too Many family members, people in general talking about Politics!! I turned off most every notification and alarms. Had very clean, good lean meats, whey isolate shakes, 5 pieces fresh fruit, salads 2x w Salmon, huge bowls of plain, day old Calrose rice w rice vinegar and scallions w black pepper w tuna rolled into it{kind of like a inside out roll(no Nori}. Watched Prime, Hulu, Amazon, You tube Stuff. Have to be up for a job after midinight so; I am gonna get some rest. Relaxation and meditation is needed!!

Tried out a nootropic today before training and it helped a lot with focus and mind muscle connection. Have been eating really good. Grilled up a plethora of lean meats for for the next three days. Added some skinless, boneless chicken thighs which is a real treat!! Getting into the groove and mentally not letting sides bother the the Zen. Just stickiing to what is working and getting as much done as one can each day. Sleeping at very different times is something for a guy to get used too..lol! Looking forward to doing a blast, been way too long! Maxs body is super ready! One thing: adding a lot more carbs than normal throughout the day and additional to my post workout shake and body is loving it! Received some liquid HMB-FA{free-acid), also known as BetaTor different than the regular powder CA form. Using 1 gram AM and 3 grams pre-workout on weight training days, 1 gram before bed. 1 gram 3 x daily{split}on regular days. Just started. Will review after 2-3 weeks of use. It was Free, so .....May as well see if it is useful. Have a great Day/Evening!!

It was delicious!! I think Philly Cheesesteak, Pizza, Super Loaded Mexican, and Huge Bacon Cheesburgers , Any Bakery Sweets are My favorites to Cheat. I rarely ever eat Donuts, Cake, Ice Cream, Cookies , Any of that stuff{even in a cheat meal} but, if I do...,I can eat unreal amounts!! Then I instantly pass out! Really! Now I want 2 dozen donuts : cake donuts, yeast donuts, fritters, filled, crullers, glazed !! I’m dying now !
