Well damn, I wish my endpoint was anywhere near your start point. You sure got things going your way, stay healthy and looking forward to this experiment!
The only thing you owe me is getting better and hopefully recovering well from surgery. The active, gym life is not too far around the bend...it seems like it when a person feels down or depressed but, it’s gonna come quick. You’ll be on the cardio & leg machines at first. Doing the exercises with your PT. Pain meds have their place but, only work for a while. I’ll always be here for anyone who wants back into shape! Especially good friends

I will be doing a customized, 6 day bodybuilding program. Days 1, 3 and 5 are my bread and butter compound lifts; Days 2, 4, and 6 are more targeting isolated muscles using manual-weighted and Machine lifts for improvement of Calves, Abs, Isolated Arm muscles, hamstring/glutes/low back. I do cardio and core work 7 days a week regardless.
I will do my true AM FASTED cardio w 2 servings cold brew black coffee diluted w water only, I will be eating *3 large meals, *1 snack and a *morning smooothie(all my protective supps/veg/fruit/oils/powders. Today was my first day of my CyborBulk! I am doing going @ 75-80% for the first two weeks then will be lifting at my Maximum levels. As you see, I am lifting my big lifts on 3 days and you will see the rest as I go. I am in pretty good shape already so, I will be adding quite a bit of overall weight. My goal is power and size. This is unsponsored log besides the Pharmacom Undecanoate 250 which I am trialing for them from back in March(for feedback). I am hoping the gh and peptides keep my appetite high(as it usually is). Keeping Parabolan low as it works well, as long as I don’t go high(it can dampen my appetite at high doses). Have a good week and...
