The only thing you owe me is getting better and hopefully recovering well from surgery. The active, gym life is not too far around the bend...it seems like it when a person feels down or depressed but, it’s gonna come quick. You’ll be on the cardio & leg machines at first. Doing the exercises with your PT. Pain meds have their place but, only work for a while. I’ll always be here for anyone who wants back into shape! Especially good friends

Workout Day 4

Weighted Dips(no lean) - 5 sets x 10-7 reps

Pullups(overhand) - 5 sets x 10-7 reps

Single Leg/Lying Ham Curls- 5 sets 15-11 rep

Standing Calf Raises 5 sets - 25-20 reps

Rope Cruches 6 sets {2 sets each knees front, knees angled left, knees angled right}
15-11 reps (always face machine with upper body, you NEVER want to build love handle muscles by turning. Just angle knees L/R).

Hours are still nutty! Busting ass in the gym and at home! I think I broke a record and slept 9 full hours! Crazy, I felt odd for a few hours because that is abnormal for me. I cleaned out 5 meals in a row and have to really only have clean foods in the house. No convenient pre-made foods(besides my homemade ones). Work is busy as well, and I miss my girl! All is well !

Lol, I bet you look like a fucking beast in the gym when you're working out. I'm half your size and I feel like all the normies are looking at me at times. I can't believe how many people probably stare at you lol. Great work bro, definitely an inspiration.
