Bless one of my trainees as his grandfather is in his last days. I am very sorry to hear that. Hope I get to become a father/grandfather.

I wish everyone will reach the peak one day this never ending journey that I love!

While out of town, I found a gourmet Chip Truck and OMG! They had Goat cheese with truffle and French herbs; Plaintain chips with dark and milk chocolates and caramel sauce. New Cheat Day ideas going through my mind now! Lol. Some of these are a co-workers(out of town
I had tenderloin and veges again; just eating a ton of veg. I have some major body temp fluctuations happening (post Covid shot); my sis has 101.7 temp. I took some immunity care and some sleepytime tea, did my inj’s and just gonna wrap up and hope these side effects go away. For 7minutes, I started shaking (full body)!! It was like what you would do if you were freezing to death. I put on a sweater, a huge Four Seasons Robe , and 10min later , I stopped. This shouldn’t scare anyone, it is just what happened to me. It was J&J one shot. Well I am eating a lot just in case something makes my appetite change but it hasn’t. Weird pain inside bones. Totally unlike my Normal pain free day. I would have used Kratom but I only use the White and it amps you up, so I took my elderberry syrup(INDIA), lol. We had a tough weekend, let’s get this shit burnin up! I will post up some new stuff I got for future use and more on the way! Lgd3033 sold out the day I ordered! Gotta get it fast; I use MAX as my code and it works! Lol. Thanks Wes

The C-19 J&J shot was glad to get it but holy hell; it has side effects for sure but I am glad to get it over with. I slept all day away because I was so hot and cold. I was able to eat fine. I got part of my Gymntonic order, waiting for LGD3033. Shout out to Wes for my discount, also Platinum, PSL/Z/Osgear, aminoasylum and steroidify. I did not train and decided to take all my gh this AM and triple sleepytime tea w L-theanine, Serenity, mucuna pruriens. Definitely knocked me out, I am looking at about 3lbs of lean meat and veg; starving!! I have a huge bag of dynobites but; it is old and I swore it off a while back...it looks tasty but I would eat two popcorn sized bowls!! Lol.
I will resume training on Wednesday and will still try to get to sleep by 3am. If you emailed me ; I will get to you! I basically put on “Do Not Disturb”, trying to recover fast. I am fever free but have some weird pains, my hand turned red on the side I had the shot(which isn’t painful), besides the electric shock, lol. I will email and catch up with everyone. I was able to take all my kcals, supps; extra stuff for immunity/dehydration/and pain. Here is a pic of my TD, my hydration drink(like pedialyte)would be decent to take EEAS with but I don’t usually buy 0 cal drinks(too much fake sweetners) they seem to make me eat even more food. My oldest bro bought another pinball machine, I am jealous; even though I have plenty of great gaming gear; I get addicted to these old fashioned machines. I hear Asheville, NC has a vintage Arcade! The C-19 J&J shot was glad to get it but holy hell; it has side effects for sure but I am glad to get it over with. I slept all day away because I was so hot and cold. I was able to eat fine. I got part of my Gymntonic order, waiting for LGD3033. Shout out to Wes for my discount, also Platinum, PSL/Z/Osgear, aminoasylum and steroidify. I did not train and decided to take all my gh this AM and triple sleepytime tea w L-theanine, Serenity, mucuna pruriens. Definitely knocked me out, I am looking at about 3lbs of lean meat and veg; starving!! I have a huge bag of dynobites but; it is old and I swore it off a while back...it looks tasty but I would eat two popcorn sized bowls!! Lol.
I will resume training on Wednesday and will still try to get to sleep by 3am. If you emailed me ; I will get to you! I basically put on “Do Not Disturb”, trying to recover fast. I am fever free but have some weird pains, my hand turned red on the side I had the shot(which isn’t painful), besides the electric shock, lol. I will email and catch up with everyone. I was able to take all my kcals, supps; extra stuff for immunity/dehydration/and pain. Here is a pic of my TD, my hydration drink(like pedialyte)would be decent to take EEAS with but I don’t usually buy 0 cal drinks(too much fake sweetners) they seem to make me eat even more food. My oldest bro bought another pinball machine, I am jealous; even though I have plenty of great gaming gear; I get addicted to these old fashioned machines. I hear Asheville, NC has a vintage Arcade! You definitely need to hit up Wes by PM, he had to pull a bunch of items because a bunch of new rules went into effect as I have posted in supplements area. The new FDA “Cares act” and a separate monogram reform; so they can attack Beauty and skin and OTC items! As I said , if it isn’t on the site : it may be around so, You can always just PM him . I would stock up . The GHigantis/YK11/LGD3033 and a few items try to post will be done during a TRT time when bloods are all checked and healthy. I want to see what these products can do. I will use a stim pwo (still deciding ) and possibly some newer peptide blends, Cardarine or Adipotide Fttp.

If I keep this up; I’ll be at 240-250 and if I compete; it will be physique...probably. I have a lot going on and I am more on the other side of competition but I am pondering that it may actually help because it gives me that edge, that eye on the prize feeling each day. I am very thankful for so much lately and at the same time; I am completely happy with what I do and how I live , but I want to challenge my self and since I said it, it shall be . When?? I will tell you first ! :)

Didn’t help much; after eating and the sun started gone down; the fever and weird pains started again. I asked my brother and sister last night and my sister was better but said the chills and fever kicked back in on my bro. Must be that men are whiners. I am eating 2 apples w some salt and ice water just because I cannot quench my thirst. At least I don’t have to do it again. Btw: rumor is that anyone 30 or under should think about accepting the AstraZeneca brand vaccine.(.rare clotting isssue/side) Either that if you have a family history you shouldn’t. Time for Cold new; answer my mail; and then hit the streets : still gotta walk the dog or he will go nuts!

P.S. Once I am (a non spreader) I am going to do my leg day @ various gyms. I don’t want to slow my progress building my studio until it is complete and ready for filming. I definitely need that modern blower installed. That ceiling fan gets in the way when my brother(6’3” 1/2 tall) trains here. I have 11’ ceiling in room so plenty of clearance .
