Sorry, been traveling and trying to get all my loose ends tied up so I can have a few days peace. I am doing really well on my diet and have not increased my waist size(amazingly), so that is good. I should have enough time to drop by and get a serum test done(for Angtropins). Have some good food being delivered so I can take w me after next week. Bless one of my trainees as his grandfather is in his last days. I am very sorry to hear that. Hope I get to become a father/grandfather.

Got Home to some incredible food! Those tacos were the last thing I had out before heading home. Made me feel a lot better. I am getting the Vaccine one shot tomorrow; have to. They keep changing rules! Look forward to spending time w family, then headed out again(short trip). Has Pork Loin with Roasted Spring Vegetables, some Shrimp and Benton bacon toast and goat cheese burrata lemon toast.

The C-19 J&J shot was glad to get it but holy hell; it has side effects for sure but I am glad to get it over with. I slept all day away because I was so hot and cold. I was able to eat fine. I got part of my Gymntonic order, waiting for LGD3033. Shout out to Wes for my discount, also Platinum, PSL/Z/Osgear, aminoasylum and steroidify. I did not train and decided to take all my gh this AM and triple sleepytime tea w L-theanine, Serenity, mucuna pruriens. Definitely knocked me out, I am looking at about 3lbs of lean meat and veg; starving!! I have a huge bag of dynobites but; it is old and I swore it off a while back...it looks tasty but I would eat two popcorn sized bowls!! Lol.
I will resume training on Wednesday and will still try to get to sleep by 3am. If you emailed me ; I will get to you! I basically put on “Do Not Disturb”, trying to recover fast. I am fever free but have some weird pains, my hand turned red on the side I had the shot(which isn’t painful), besides the electric shock, lol. I will email and catch up with everyone. I was able to take all my kcals, supps; extra stuff for immunity/dehydration/and pain. Here is a pic of my TD, my hydration drink(like pedialyte)would be decent to take EEAS with but I don’t usually buy 0 cal drinks(too much fake sweetners) they seem to make me eat even more food. My oldest bro bought another pinball machine, I am jealous; even though I have plenty of great gaming gear; I get addicted to these old fashioned machines. I hear Asheville, NC has a vintage Arcade! If I am ever in that area; I will for sure go! My Papa sent me this meme!! Lmao. Definitely a chip off the old block! Ha!

Phenomenal appetite as I ate a bit less due to knowing my energy out put was not gong to happen. I am getting ready to switch up my training program for a bit more shaping vs size as I surpassed the size needed for my future plans. If I keep this up; I’ll be at 240-250 and if I compete; it will be physique...probably. I have a lot going on and I am more on the other side of competition but I am pondering that it may actually help because it gives me that edge, that eye on the prize feeling each day. I am very thankful for so much lately and at the same time; I am completely happy with what I do and how I live , but I want to challenge my self and since I said it, it shall be . When?? I will tell you first !
