Dumbbell SLD- 70lb per hand Slow, locked, heels planted. Conc. Strictly on glute/tie ins
Barbell Lunges - 135, 155, 155lb
Hanging Straight Leg lifts - 3 sets slow tempo using ankle weight to fail 6-8 reps
Rope Crunches L&R w Bands- 3 sets 6-8 reps to fail
Had a good Thursday and ate blackened salmon and Szechuan salmon, all delicious. Have a few small jobs to get done and have been tying up my time. My workouts have not been affected whatsoever but will be changing swiftly as I am receiving equipment. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Hopefully I will be able to show you some of the changes to my program. Gonna kick ass !
