Had a good day, accomplished a lot, and reached my goals for the day. Trying to figure out my complete program is a lot harder than what I planned out. I am so used to controlling every aspect of diet, training, supps. I am letting Max OG take the wheel as he is wiser, more experienced and gave me all the knowledge I have. Just when you think you know a lot more than your papa or uncle who taught you; think again. We talk all the time about PEDs, conditioning, complex physiology, and recovery. But, it has been a while and I figured he wasn’t up to date...well, he is and he reminded me of that as I went through two bulking ideas. Of course this was a change from me just shaping and not bulking. I have to do some things that I wasn’t planning. It isn’t fancy or anything and still ongoing as we have not finished. I will have a proper update by Tuesday/Wednesday. I have to make sure I have enough whey, creatine, etc,etc before I start.I am sure you understand. Thanks to samgraves I am eating meatloaf and roasted Yukons w garlic/rosemary on a sheet pan. Grate a little Parmesan Reggiano over the top! Mangia!! Someone left that burger out dammit!
