Yeah, I didn’t even start doing them until 5 years ago. I did a few programs and added them and reverse curls(variations) to add bicep thickness and forearm size. They work for me.
I can’t wait to add cable work; gives you a ton of new bicep and tricep work . I need to get one of those multi grip bars/Swiss bars but, one thing at a time.

My hours are all screwed thanks to myself! Lol. I needed to get in a nap and ended up waking and it was dark! WTH! I hate when I mess up my sleep patterns but when I did that experiment, OMG, I definitely had a whack schedule. That is the only drawback because it was so effective but, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you were competitive because it was very hard to tolerate if you work for someone other than yourself and even then, I had to sleep in shifts to get all my work done and was constantly eating, dragging ass, until I would train and eat like an animal. I would randomly just fall asleep and wouldn’t even realize how long. Glad it was during pandemic and I was avoiding peeps anyway besides driving or online. Well, I will be super busy this week/weekend and then coming home. I may be a bit slow getting back to you. Tren Hard, eat Clen ! Lol

I have been mainly doing more overall heavy compound lifting 3 x a week and doing weighted, manual type lifts(due to home training) . It will change soon as I am going to have upper/lower cable system added. But weighted dips, pullups, chin-ups have been my focus on overall size. I recently got dumbbells and added that. But before i mainly was using my Olympic bar and EZ bar to hit 3 heavy sets bicep curls. Before that, I did everything under the sun, as far as exercises. These are some of the exercise I believe helped the size in past for me and were most effective(listed in order of effectiveness, for me)

All heaviest possible in 5–10 rep range, 3 working set.
For Triceps: weighted dips(no lean) and inward grip dips, close and near grip bench, skull/nose crushers, French presses, all tricep pushdown movements w all the different attachments last.

For Biceps- Olympic barbell Culls, Preacher Ez Bar Curls, Skinny barbell curls, Standing and seated Bicep curls, incline dumbell curls, one arm dumbbell preacher curl. Weighted Chins and heavy hammer curls with dumbbells, hammer bar, and cable work secondary.

When at gym , I would reverse the order if not responding or do drop/super/giants/21’s sets.

Had a good day, accomplished a lot, and reached my goals for the day. Trying to figure out my complete program is a lot harder than what I planned out. I am so used to controlling every aspect of diet, training, supps. I am letting Max OG take the wheel as he is wiser, more experienced and gave me all the knowledge I have. Just when you think you know a lot more than your papa or uncle who taught you; think again. We talk all the time about PEDs, conditioning, complex physiology, and recovery. But, it has been a while and I figured he wasn’t up to date...well, he is and he reminded me of that as I went through two bulking ideas. Of course this was a change from me just shaping and not bulking. I have to do some things that I wasn’t planning. It isn’t fancy or anything and still ongoing as we have not finished. I will have a proper update by Tuesday/Wednesday. I have to make sure I have enough whey, creatine, etc,etc before I start.I am sure you understand. Thanks to samgraves I am eating meatloaf and roasted Yukons w garlic/rosemary on a sheet pan. Grate a little Parmesan Reggiano over the top! Mangia!! Someone left that burger out dammit!

Had a good day with friends and family, hit the gym with a few people and got my heavy lifting done. I haven’t been able to be online as much but, after this weekend I should have more time as it is back to normalcy, lol!
Idk why but I am getting mesmerized by all these donkey asses at the gym. I swear something must be in the food! Lol. I wonder how some people don’t even workout(if they have previously) I feel crappy if I miss 2 days ever. Sticking to my diet and this morning had a large omelette filled w diced chicken breast&cheese/vegetables/over bed of kimchi rice, 20oz Fairlife milk w 1cup grapenuts cereal w/bananas; my jaw was sore! Lol. Keep up the hard ass work, it totally pays off.

Definitely! . I usually post a lot more food porn but I have been working and traveling past two weeks. Cannot wait to get back to my stocked up food! I can eat a few of those burgers but I hold back ...at least 40min! Lol

I’m wondering the same thing. It’s either a triple dildo (fingers crossed) or a pull up attachment with some serious grip strength trainers on those vertical fat grips.

Ez Bar Reverse Curls - 3 working sets 6-8 75lb
Hammer Alternating Dumbbell Curls 3 sets 6-8 reps 44, 50,55lb super slow
Barbell Front Laterals Ez 75lbs 3sets 6-8 reps

Had a decent Tuesday and helped out at work for 12 hrs of course! Glad I had my food with me. Haven’t switched things up yet but shortly I will. Hope everyone is doing well and are happy. My training is going to get even thought so I need to make sure I don’t hurt myself as I will be lifting heavier with less total sets. Soooon !!

Working hard. Had a lot of work at home to catch up on. I will be catching up on my progress and changes soon. Sorry about not being as active but am helping out a lot to make extra money for stuff!
