4 Week High Volume Weight Training
I will Perform sets with a shorter rest period at about 65% of maximum. I will be doing cardio and core/calves workouts between each weightlifting day. This is a 6 day per week plan w Three days of High Volume Weights/3 days of Cardio+Core/Calves. I am going to focus on hitting my caloric surplus goals by eating clean, but not AS strict{for me}.
My Warm Up before Weights:
5 x Wall Hand Stand Push Ups
10 x Pull Ups{Various}
15 x Bodyweight Squats
20 x Walking Lunges around House
MY TRAINING SCHEDULE :
Mon- Wed- Fri- Volume Weight Training
Tue-Thur- Sat- *Cardio w/ Core specialty work.
Sunday - OFF
Friday – Arms and Shoulders
Military Press: 10 x 10 70lbs
Olympic and EZ BarbellCurls: 10 x 10 55lb
Skullcrushers : Olympic Bar only strict
Barbell front laterals: 35lb
I eat 6x times per day and it is lean proteins, complex carb sources{rice/potatoes/grains beans} vegetables, fruit, and nuts.
Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD/50 waxy maize carbs, 40oz water, IV hydration pack
Meal 2- 7oz cubed steaks, 2 eggs, simply hashbrowns, 2 bananas, 16oz Fairlife Milk.
Meal 3- 60g whey Isolate, 125g simple/complex carbs: dextrose/waxy maize
Meal4- 8oz 96/4 beef patties; 80g Calrose rice, pile of French green beans.
Meal5- 8oz Turkey tenderloins, 80g baby Dutch potatoes, 2 cups fresh spinach salad w boiled egg, vinaigrette.
Meal6- 8oz cottage cheese with black pepper, sazon .{before bed*}
**Snacks- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky, small select cheeses, olives, rice cereal.
2gal water and 2 cups cold brew coffee daily. P5P, l-theanine, and sleepytime tea X2 before bed for relaxation.

Had some killer arm/shoulder pumps today and painful too! I am definitely putting on some water and gaining strength, no change in endurance; maybe a bit less{could be from blood pump}. Ill tell you that this little treadmill was worth its small price tag, it gets up to 7.4 mph and is very easy to move in and out of the room. I can pick it up with one arm and it has wheels on one end so, anyone could use it. It is not good for anyone over 6ft or 240lbs as it is too compact. Life is good and I look forward to some upcoming work trips that I hope to turn into some side fun. I am saving my $$ for more equipment. I definitely need to get some stuff that I really want but; cannot really splurge as other responsibilities take precedence. When I transition into a full on bulk training program; I definitely need these dumbbells and plates. I will improvise and use what I have...and am grateful. I do have to say that I like Dbol; I rarely use it but; the shit is strong. I cannot say it is better than adrol but, I like it...even @ 40mg. Kick Ass 2021!! Looking Forward, Not Backward, ALWAYS!!

You make a few good points, 1 is they will close again and secondly you learn a lot working out from home.. creative ways and actually legit techniques. You use what you have to its maximum potential..Crazy! If you don’t mask up, your a pariah or get yelled at. I just said fuck it; changed a bunch of stuff around and am doing my own thing. It is peaceful but, I grew up in gyms so I am trying to re-create that on a mini scale. They are gonna close again fall/winter..and I am not a pessimist, as everyone knows but they will. Sticking to a home gym or outside boot camp style training can be a great experience. I am learning a lot of stuff I scoffed at before.

Okay, I admit it, I miss my girl! Pornhub isnt cutting it at this point, lol{open to suggestions}! Training was awesome to get my day going. I did take a mini trip around in the car; stopped at a few sporting stores and am noticing a big increase in equipment showing up; so the barges from Trans Atlantic are showing up from China; Seoul, and Taiwan. The problem was that they are pricing everything triple!! I would like to ban all chain stores and websites that let these 3rd party sellers on their websites like Wally and Others. A 25lb shitty standard plate was $44! and I am talking the POS stuff. One band handle was $39.99. Just shows me that only you, your friends, and family care about you. To each their own, but I choose to give and help, rather than just take. That is a lesson I teach on a daily basis. I also had some very friendly encounters with the employees and customers that were infuriated and embarrassed by the place they worked/or were shopping at which made me know that it was not the people but; the corporations and a few profiteering Non-N. America MF ers! On another note; I am very much liking this very low dose, short burst blasting. I actually am not sure of what I will do next because I feel really good. The food choices I am making and being able to concentrate on my supplement intake so diligently helps a lot. I highly recommend having all your vitamin/supp click boxes, shakers, cold paks, meals prepped, etc. for your 40-60hr per week job site/workplace. It has inspired a lot of people around me to start doing the same. They see you and want to get their butts moving. In fact, most don’t even want to get big, it is mainly those who want to lose weight or body fat who come up and chat me up about {What to do!? Where did I buy that!?} Be the one! Plus, it gives them a reason to flirt with you or ask you out{if your single}, it just opens the door to conversation: in real life..which is rare these days but is very needed. Just touching their arm, shoulder, or being close can make someones day{I am talking about those co-workers or employees that may be interested or down}. Happiness/Depression is Cancer; it spreads good or bad !! They need it; so give it to them...Hard!! Lol. TIP: OMG, shoe shopping and skincare are the best ways to meet a girl in person. I literally WAS shopping for a present for my girl and Holy Shit Balls...what a great dating ground!! The old, CAN I GET YOUR OPINION ON THESE/THIS, I Am shopping for, ;@ , and need some serious help, ha-ha. Girls cannot wait to talk!!
