Tue- NOT OFF

This is my cardio schedule for this week
65 minutes on non-workout days and 2
35 minutes on workout days(post weights or AM fasted). My cardio is 7 days a week and increases by 5-10min each week.

Today is my last day of work so I should be able to tighten up and concentrate more on my workouts . High stress but high rewards ...hopefully. I am still at work but should be off the rest of the time til competition! Kick Ass

Just sticking to my plan and not making deviations. Hopefully things go well! I am mint doing any weird guru stuff just eating, training and sleeping. Hoping for a win on my debut!
