All is well in the household, got my early, early cardio done as I am traveling this weekend. Hence some food changes, lol. Every time I fly, I seem to feel dehydrated so I brought some liquid IV packs along; they seemed to help a lot along with moisturizer. I am happy to be where I am at and seeing family and friends. I am getting pumped for the rest of the weekend and Saturday is my last Winny day and start of some actual weights as this was all bodyweight and band exercises!! But, 4 weeks of dynabol is starting Sunday so that should be fun. Cannot wait to raise up my carbs!! Miss my Calrose Rice and Every Potato{even purple!} known to man daily. Grapenuts of Course!! I got in a little gym{out of town} that has only a few people inside so I did wear my mask. It is bittersweet, I must say. Kick Ass and Have a Great Weekend All! Took a pic in the men’s room, lol!

Indeed, I’m excited to get home and start using actual weights!! It has been a while. Hoping some powerblocks come in so I have dumbbells but, a barbell and what I have will do. Time to break out the chain belt. After this next 4 weeks of 40mg Dbol. I am going to be ready for a full on Cyborg Bulk oils and all!!

I give the Winstrol 3 Hells Yeah’s. Complex carbs have been missing from my diet for a reason but; not for long. Those double-doubles have me doing a double double... to the restroom. Lol. Fast food sounds so good; til you eat it! . Anyway, yeah I am just excited to get to use the little equipment I have and switch the winnie for 40mg dynabol. I will be doing 20mg 2 x a day starting Sunday Afternoon, so just enough to improve my strength and hopefully help my body partition nutrients better. Gosh, it is early here! People are just so different when you travel but one thing never changes; I always hear or run into my East Coast Brothers everywhere I go. Either NY/NJ/ or RI. Cracks me up! I think food attracts us to the same joints.

Today was a lot of Q&A and work!! I had a good time meeting a lot of new people and networking. Having a blast eating out/ordering food, and visiting family and friends. I, Soo was looking forward to my cousins’ homeade Mexican food and was not disappointed! It’s funny because she is a tall, blonde Scandinavian/Irish girl; but is married to a Mexican and just had her second baby. Her abuela in-law and my mama taught her everything she needs to know. !! Her newborn is just..no words really; I couldn’t let go of her the whole time{I was eating one-handed. I feel blessed to be able to travel safely and feel really good getting out and working more; even getting more opportunities along the way. Shout out to the wonderful workshop and all the people involved{not that they will see this; but two will,lol!} I will post up some Mexican recipes for Homemade tortillas and sauces so you can get practicing. OMG, what a difference it makes and does not even take long at all. No mixer or equipment needed, just your two own two hands..or your girl{not mine, lol}.

This is a 6 day per week plan w Three days of High Volume Weights/3 days of Cardio+Core/Calves. I am going to focus on hitting my caloric surplus goals by eating clean, but not AS strict{for me}.

Meal 2- Huge Denver Omelette , hash browns , 2 oranges, apple slices,water.
Meal 3- Hot Double Steak Teriyaki Bowl, nuts, vegetables, Pork Gyoza
Meal4- 3 grilled chicken breasts wrapped in lettuce filled w onions, tomato, pickles, tomato, One Bun.
Meal5- 8oz Cod Fish and Baked Fries.
Meal6- 8oz cottage cheese with Cherries.

**Snacks- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky, small select cheeses, olives, rice cereal.
2gal water and 2 cups cold brew coffee daily. P5P, l-theanine, and sleepytime tea X2 before bed for relaxation.

Today was the start of my 4 week Dbol blast and I definitely had fun this weekend, visiting, working, eating and ordering a lot of FOOD! Lol. I am using the old German Style Volume Training Program as it will work well getting me prepped and ready for a long Fall/Winter Bulk using my Home Gym. I am doing a lot more volume than normal and will be eating a lot more kcals and types of foods. It is close to breaking out the Baggy Clothes and Skullcap or Hoodie, stop shaving! LOL. It is going to take me a week of Pain to find out my limitations with this style. Kick Ass because I surely am going to.
**Remember: Stick to your training and reach one goal per day, that is key!

Well! OMG, I did not realize how hard doing GVT is again especially with a Barbell! Holy Balls! I already know how sore I am going to be. Cardio sounds hard{note to self: No Sprint-Walks! Lol} I am actually loving it!
