    My cousin said my dumbbells showed up finally
    They are Ativafit DialtechElite Series 71.5ís
    Basically 5kg-37.5kg : 11.2lb-82.6lb.
    They will have to do until my used commercial PowerBlock 175ís Come in. I should have the upper/lower Spud inc pulley system, Back Widow , and more Bumper by February. Looking forward to having that room set up to lift some ~ ! LIGHTWEIGHT! ~ lol

    Side jackknife 2sets per side-b6-8 reps

    Left to meet up with Fam! When you read this, I will be on holiday for a bit over a week;
    Looking forward to nice weather I hope. Probably be stuck at the rental house: state is worse. At least I still can order good foods to grill. Kept my Provi and cialis for the duration so nothing changes for now . Will be using my Zomacton Zomajet pen@2iu daily, until I get back. Stick plans and I Will be posting as usual.

    I considered every type daily, for months !! It took forever just to get these, they go to 82lb, The ironmaster, bowflex 1080, the PoweBlocks , many others were all out of stock! I tried everything. I am going to get some 175 commercial PowerBlocks{which are great}one of the gyms I train people at has them, but I have to wait! These ended up only taking 10 days to get here, but I had to work some magic to get them here.
    The ironmasters are great too, I have used them
    And they are Similarly priced too. The rogue dumbbell bumpers were the plan but, they STILL havenít sent my Matador dip attachment, I have been on waitlist since April 1st.

    I do want to thank all the members who offered me their weights and basically everything I needed; also some of the local gym owners called and offered me literally 10ís of thousands of dollars worth of machines, dumbbells, cardio machines(which was tempting as I could put into my massive garage}, TOTALLY FREE! I declined of course; But this became one of those projects that I wanted to do myself. It really has been a great experience. I have had access to over 28 gyms, some corporate, some franchised, and some single owner. I feel horrible already that some are closing and seeing my friends lose so much money; I surely was not going to accept anything. Also, I realized I was being spoiled; having gyms and all that equipment and machines since age 12, no matter where we lived; this has forced upon me new, amazing techniques and approaches to training my self and others without gym access. I plan on continuing this for some time. I write down and log every little detail, I dont list everything because my daily logs are already too long for guys to read, lol. But there is something in the works that is really great and if the deal goes through; it is going to be a very good 2021. Thanks to you and everyone else for all your guysí help

    Wednesday-
    30min beach walk sprints
    5 sets of 25 pushups (incline/declie/regular)
    3 sets pullups fail
    3 sets chins fail
    6 sets 30 reps Cruches (RLR)

    Having a great time, had amazing fish and shellfish All grilled w butter, limes, garlic, jerk seasoning melted and brushed on while cooking, Soo good. I will be short but, I am trying to stay in contact with everyone. I will as least give you a pic! Took a disposable gh pan a and my Provi/Cialis to stay even

    I started using liquid Black Seed oil but, it had a nasty aftertaste. So I found these and they are super easy

    AND this is the liver/gallbladder/organ protection suplement powder I use instead of buying everything separately.

    It is pineapple flavored, I just add to my morning smoothie w/all my joint and inflammation products and blend it up. The Black seed oil has lowered my pain levels post training and just overall. I am able to do a lot more agility training which was getting hard with my size.

    Just as FYI! Especially the guys that need nandrolone; this stuff along with my circumin, MSM, has done wonders!!
