Relationship between rHGH and Leucine seemed to be a key factor after data was completed. *Read Below:
In this study we observed an increase in protein breakdown, but also a shift in partitioning between leucine oxidation and protein synthesis in favor of protein synthesis. The overall effect, therefore, was an increase in protein turnover, but an absolute reduction in oxidative leucine loss, highly suggestive of an overall anabolic effect. These metabolic effects were accompanied by a mean increase of 3.4 kg LBM, estimated by DEXA scanning.
This double-blind, placebo-controlled study demonstrates that administration of supraphysiological doses of r-hGH to trained athletes exerts a protein anabolic effect both at rest and during submaximal exercise. At rest, after 1 wk of r-hGH administration, there was a net reduction in leucine oxidation and a net increase in nonoxidative leucine disposal, changes that were accentuated after 4 wk of r-hGH administration. During exercise, after 1 and 4 wk of r-hGH administration, the expected increase in leucine oxidation observed in the baseline studies was greatly attenuated. Administration of r-hGH reduced leucine oxidation by more than 50%, which is suggestive that at least during exercise, the metabolic effects of GH include an anabolic effect in skeletal muscle. Leucine oxidation increased more than 2-fold during exercise. The rate-limiting step for the oxidation of branched chain amino acids, including leucine, is decarboxylation which is catalyzed by the mitochondrial branched chain 2-oxo acid dehydrogenase complex (BCOADH). More than 50% of the body’s BCOADH is located within skeletal muscle.
These findings demonstrate that short-term administration of supraphysiological GH exerts an anabolic effect at rest and during exercise, supporting the theoretical possibility that acute GH excess may have short-term benefits for physical performance. The effect of GH to conserve protein during exercise has potential therapeutic implications that merit exploration. More studies are already being done because of the results.

GHD: growth hormone deficiency is though to between 1 in 4,000 to 1 in 10,000 which is a shit ton of people and I say this as they are getting ready to roll out LA-rHGH{long acting gh by Opko/Pfizer in 2022}.

This shows me that using hgh for a short period CAN yield a significant gain in LBM in a 4 week period{although the dosage was pretty high}. Also, the relationship between leucine, {also the rest of BCAAS} and the gh action of slowing down the breakdown of the aminos{oxidation time} is a large reason for the increased lean muscle gains, mainly my reason for adding HMB-FA, also known as Betatorto my regimen, is the pure, free acid form of HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate).* HMB is produced naturally in our bodies during the metabolism of the essential amino acid leucine. It was noted that the gains remained for a lot longer than someone using just testosterone. Even if you do not take gh, using a good form of l-leucine/bcaas/hmb-fa definitely could be added. You would need to research a lot more as to how much and why if you don’t understand the process.

Omg! Time to hit the rack! I had some delicious food of course! Chicken, eggs, potatoes for breakfast with some Red pepper sauce for some kick after my morning short cardio. I am getting in some good training and found some Abandoned nature trails; nothing a machete cant handle! Lol. Glad everyone had fun this weekend in my circle; although the food and drinks were a bit much{not me of course as I am not celebrating anything}. My eye is on getting my and others programs ready for the new year. I am going to continue bulking, length TBD. Have a good evening!
