Post after post ; from post #1 of this long ass log I call life shows you what can be accomplished. It is long; but take a week..read it. It is a lot of tits, ass, food, sincerity, but it is also very telling of what you can do with limited(Covid) style training and moving around all while holding down a job, business, and family(single or married). I have progressed obviously, but am more excited to carve up and see what happens on this blast! Hope you follow

Love all the food you put down.

Eating well is expensive as heck. And I find trying to eat like 6 healthy small meals is a challenge.

Here are some example of things I hit during the day as I prepare for my recomp...

Egg white omelets
Greek yogurt with protein powder and granola
Protein bar
Protein shake
Tuna in water

Those are staples. Then I make extra grilled chicken or salmon or whatever to fill in the gaps.

You have any suggestions for a small quick low calorie high protein meal??

Had a decent Saturday and a great surprise visit from a friend out of the blue. Very nice visit and brought me some great presents{just food and good iced lattes} plus she brought me The Rock’s new line of health/energy products: ZOA . I haven’t tried any yet but I will. Feeling good and have been sick busy with work and training. I have no helper right now so, all cooking/prepping is on me, which is fine. I forget just having a little help goes a long way when prepping 5 days of food. I used to prep 3 days at a time; now, I am starting to prep huge batches of bodybuilding meals and using a lot of parchment, plastic, foil and Ziploc freezer bags{all sizes}. If you don’t have a second freezer, get one! Mine is stuffed to the top! All of the extra meats are in single to triple serving packs. I never leave meat I buy in its packaging{freezer burn or others issues}. Whole Chickens are a great deal to get inexpensive protein and I find myself always buying chicken breast tenderloins but, I am getting into brining and roasting whole chickens/turkey/fowl. Not always brining as it is not the healthiest but, it tastes sooo much better !! I make this Jerusalem Chicken w Artichokes a lot now! I have posted the dish before. I could eat that and Persian golden Crust rice Everyday!! Mmm . Have a nice Sunday and Bless you all

In deed. The little freezer on fridge will never do. I like buying fresh killed beef from the locals a lot and 30-40lbs of meat just wont fit with all the frozen veggies etc

Yes. Cut up vegetables/fruits with your choice of 50 grams protein (grilled lamb, chx, beef96/4 patty, pork tenderloin) I use different marinades(which I make) you can use herbs, spices(w/o salt even), along with citrus juice and balsamic or reg vinegar for 20-30min before grilling. I soak bamboo skewers or use metal ones. After your done, let meat rest and put into plastic wrap, then ziplock baggy(for exact serving size) . I use halos, apples, grapes, or cherries/strawberries(very low calorie/high micronutrients)!! The fattier meats; taste great but you have to make portion size smaller. After a while : chicken breast tenderloins and tuna get boring. So I use : ground leg of lamb or shoulder(has more fat), 96/4 beef or Bison patty. Such a nice full flavor without all the calories of full fat meats. Mojo is a quick low cal marinade or the jerk seasonings(if you like hot). I also like my eggs cups baked in cupcake paper/pan. You can add all kinds of your favorite diced veges and seasonings. They freeze and heat very well. I try to reheat in oven at 300 deg. But, microwaving at 60% power for 3 or more minutes works too. You can also eat them cold w salsa and they are delicious. I am trying to not eat anything permafrost from store but, when you are on a job site or on the road: It is better to GET THE CALORIES; than to pass up a meal; especially if you are doing 6 smaller meals.

Another thing I do is veg/fruit/soft-med hard boiled eggs, and homemade jerky! You can add mozzarella or Swiss as it has a pretty low fat content. I like raw seeds/nuts too(but they are heavy in good fats, hence calories dense, so avoid those during low cals. Having pre-grilled meat portions is KEY!!
