Thank you sir!! Yes the black seed oil is nasty. I take a lot of nasty things in the name of experimentation and “health” lol. Capsules are available but; I am always thinking long term. My supplements cost monthly is tantamount to a person’s prescriptions. I have 6 things that I take yearound and it is expensive and along with my food; I spend all of my non savings on the extras. Guess it is all worth it if you love it!

I’m 40 minutes in! Lol. Batteries charging! Going to get more concrete bits! The room is gonna completely change. Once the rack is up, then I’ll get the matting In, completely covering the floor. Treadmill, multiple benches. Waiting on more attachments, dumbbells, flush blade less ceiling fan, mirrors. Etc, etc. Should be Rad for a small ass bottom floor room.

It's awesome and it's smart investment because in lot country with Covid-19 it's not easy to find a gym opened.

Your bought on website or directly in shop like Decathlon / Go Sport etc ... ? Because if it's in delivery i think your need to use a compagny special delivery (the weight of the packing are maybe around 20 to 50kgs)

Actually i try the colza oil, it's normally rich in essentials fat, but i use only with fresh meal like salad, tomatoes, cucumber etc ...

In the past to cook in high temperature like white turkey, meat ... I used sunflower oil, and i realized it was a big mistake, so now i use olive oil.

I listening lot good things about coco oil, but when your study this oil, it is not good as some people may say.

If your take for exemple : Olive oil, depend the brand the quality are not the same, some brand uses chemical processes to make the oil, which is unfortunately not good for health.

If you know a craftsman who makes the oil, it will be better than some oils sold in supermarkets.

Today was OFF. I got some of my bigger goals accomplished today all by my lonesome. My training room/torture chamber is becoming a reality!! I didn’t realize how bad I missed having weights and a rack and barbells. I feel blessed. Funny how sore I am; guess all the different movements and positions just took a toll...or adrenaline. Had a phenomenal day and could not have asked for more....well; I can think of more! Lol. Have a great weekend! Looking forward to everything good and positive

I really had a great time training in there. My little Oasis somehow seems a lot different and that is totally Rad!

I had a decent day, a bit under the weather. Just running on 75%, probably just the weather or something. My appetite is great, libido up, just something in my overall well being is off. I killed the workout though. Hope tomorrow is a better in the energy dept. My new band set is kick ass and goes over 200lbs!! Next week I will be switching from Winstrol to 40mg of Beligas Dynabol. Look forward to posting up and getting prepped for oils. Haven’t gotten my total game plan down but tests and nandrolone/s will be in there.

Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD carbs, 40oz water. Plain Kefir w servings of fresh fruit (post cardio)*
Meal 2- 6oz turkey breast tenderloins w Cajun Hot seasonings ,2 soft boiled eggs, 2 green apples, water.

Meal4- 5oz Ahi Tuna, spinach mixed salad, pepitas,tajin , cbd herb oil vinaigrette. (So good)*
Meal5-7oz Beef Tenderloin, Asparagus, Goat Cheese w Marmalade, charred pita crispy
Meal6- 8oz Cottage cheese/black pepper

**Snacks- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky, small select cheeses, olives.

I had a decent day, a bit under the weather. Just running on 75%, probably just the weather or something. My appetite is great, libido up, just something in my overall well being is off. I killed the workout though. Hope tomorrow is a better in the energy dept. My new band set is kick ass and goes over 200lbs!! Next week I will be switching from Winstrol to 40mg of Beligas Dynabol. Look forward to posting up and getting prepped for oils. Haven’t gotten my total game plan down but tests and nandrolone/s will be in there.
