Daily supplements: 2g circumin w Bioperine, 3g of MIC(each component, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mf Tudca, tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, r-ala, 3g hemp/mix oil, 10mg Noopept.
I am using pure bodyweight movements for this and do not have my home gym set up yet. I will be squeeze-pause-flexing rep technique targeting the muscle during the peak of each contraction. Legs are a bit more complicated and I employ a lot of super-slow, pause, explosive type tempo/lifts, Resis bands, etc
*All Bodyweight Exercises- 100 rep sets vary- upper, lower, repeat. One day off.
Cardio 6 days per week 45min-60min AM
Speedwalk indoor treadmill 3.7-4.6mph(weighted/reg)or walk-sprints outside-100m sprint, 300m walk, repeat (15-45min)*
Black cold brew coffee and water
cardio*145-160 (high cardio rate)
Friday: Lower Body
Variation squats- 50 sumo weighted, 50 sissy
Barbell lunges- 50 per leg (walk out style)

Banded Donkey Kicks

I eat 6x times per day and it is mostly lean proteins, vegetables, fruit, and nuts.
Upon waking 3iu gh, T4
*Black coffee cold brew plain, mixed with 64 Oz water for cardio.
Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD carbs, 40oz water. 3 servings of fresh fruit (post cardio)*
Meal 2- 5oz over fried Haddock ,2 soft boiled eggs, broccoli, water.
Meal 3- 60g whey isolate w 60g dextrose/maltodextrin carb powder shake post training
Meal4- 2 eggs, 2 irish bangers, avocado, sauces and cbd herbs.
Meal5- 5 oz fresh sardines 1/3 cup Brazil nuts
Meal6- cottage cheese/pineapple 16 oz
**Snacks always- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky/Italian meats, small select cheeses, olives.
2gal water and 2 cups cold brew coffee daily.
*P5P, l-theanine, and sleepytime tea X2 before bed for relaxation.

, I have been truly blessed and training has kept me sane during quarantine. One positive note is that my cooking has gone to a new level! lol. I definitely have found out that working out without weights or a gym is not awesome; it is super difficult and takes a shitload of ingenuity and I have the utmost respect for people who helped me learn how to hit some new techniques. That said; I literally am so pumped and am doing something everyday day to get my gym done and cannot wait!! Finally said Fuck it and bought a treadmill! I wanted a used commercial Stepmill or Versaclimber but it was not happening. It also fits the space well and that is a huge plus{not like I run anyway!! Lol}. This weekend should be fun; my girl promised “ a new OUTFIT “ which I hope means, she is charged up!

. The Winstrol has been great and I forgot how much extra energy I have! Getting those extra reps and definitely increased my prowess!! I went or 7 mo TRT only! besides testing 4ml of DHB{which was awesome btw}. The longest time ever...seemed like years!! I made a sick ass twist on an Irish breakfast for my cheat meal, it was perfecto

! I got all my sausages made by the butcher and I mainly use pork tenderloin and my own recipes; nice being able to phone in what I want. Looking forward to hunting season so I can stock up on Venison and Elk. Instead of hog fat; I started using Beef fat(tallow/suet) a few years ago and it is ten times better; makes the venison sausages taste more like elk which is getting harder and harder to come by.
