    Maxs log

    Sriracha Mango/Lime Dip:
    * 2 mangos {tiny dice}
    * 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar depending on desired & tang
    * 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
    * 1-3 teaspoon sriracha more or less to taste
    * Juice of half a lime w zest
    * Thicken with sour cream to preference w salt/pepper to taste.
    *Dip for Chicken Satay or other protein{can be used for a marinade as well and then grilled over grey, white hit coals 2hr-36hrs}.

    Really good and something new for you. If you are like me; you get bored of plain skinless, boneless chicken breasts!!

    HELP

    So this is basically what I have along with a landmine, dip attachment, ez curl bar. I have more plates coming. So I should have 550lbs.
    Not sure about dumbbells yet. Hoping to have 2- 120lb adjustables soon.

    1. I need help designing Max a 12 week program for bodybuilding. Have a great base and want to further my musculature.
    2. Goal : More LBM. Am at 218, 5ft 9in. 11% bf currently.
    3. No blasts for over 7+ months besides this experiment which has very low Aas.
    4. You can post program or link or PM me. Just looking for someone elses program that helped them. It can be with or without cycle. Simple or detailed.
    5. I help a lot of people so, now I am asking for help.

    Nice setup im jealous af ! as I'm trying to make it work with an antique treadmill 2 20lb db's and bands lmfao I ordered a standing pull-up dip bar too but I should have invested in a power rack with barbell and plates really all you need for a home gym imo along with a few dumbells

    Yeah, I started buying stuff when Covid hit. Still need a lot but I designed it all to fit in a 132X132 room. The treadmill can move in and out easy for extra room. I am improving it as I go. Pretty cool for a tiny room.

    Happy Monday!! My question/quote for the day:


    Are you wanting to do a Winter Bulk? Are you are worried about losing your abs, or simply dont want to do what it takes to gain weight and maximize muscle and strength gains.....??? Then a good mass program wont work at all. Food is anabolic!! If you under-eat or do not supply the big uptick over your maintenance calories; progress cannot and will not be maximized. Eat smart and eat a lot!! Clean and mean!!

    That so true about the food. The gym is the fun and easy part. We need more food than we think, most of the time, the gains we miss are from the meal we skipped. I hope the cabin getaway weekend exceeded expectations!
