HELP

So this is basically what I have along with a landmine, dip attachment, ez curl bar. I have more plates coming. So I should have 550lbs.
Not sure about dumbbells yet. Hoping to have 2- 120lb adjustables soon.
1. I need help designing Max a 12 week program for bodybuilding. Have a great base and want to further my musculature.
2. Goal : More LBM. Am at 218, 5ft 9in. 11% bf currently.
3. No blasts for over 7+ months besides this experiment which has very low Aas.
4. You can post program or link or PM me. Just looking for someone elses program that helped them. It can be with or without cycle. Simple or detailed.
5. I help a lot of people so, now I am asking for help.
