    Had a lot of work today and worked with a lot of new people. It was very good to see them masked up and being safe with distancing each other at the outdoor location of training. Omg, I think my carbs around 700g today! I couldn’t fill the void of my bottomless pit of a stomach. The high experiment seems to be keeping my bodyfat levels even lower no matter how many calories I eat. Although, I do eat well and not crappy foods; if I was eating garbage, I would look like garbage. Hope everyone is staying safe and getting their training in!! Kick ass for the holidays and do not let all the cakes and cookies get to you! Lol!! Btw: the Betator and Creapure are making a difference in my gains. I have noticed an increase in my strength energy and it is pronounced as far as my density and pump.
    I haven’t changed anything else so; it is easy to tell.

    Lots of shopping happening it seems. A sale happening everywhere. I think the pandemic is causing a lot of deep discounts to make up for volume loss. Hopefully more equipment comes in this next year. Can’t wait for certain items. Training is going well and I have surpassed the weight I have so I am buying more overpriced bumper plates anyway. I want to be able to traditionally lift heavy without slowing or changing my time between sets. This means once I have the weights; I am going to start a blast! I will post up a plan once I have a good grasp on arrival of the training equipment I am buying. Hope everyone is having a decent holiday despite the circumstances. Let’s kick some ass and I hopefully will see some of you at upcoming events! !!
