    Your strength is skyrocketing bro! Are you pushing hard all 3 workouts? Or are they varied intensity? Also, i like how you pyramid up, even your last sets are only 20lbs apart. That always instinctively feels better for me too, like I really feel "ready" for that top set.

    Usually pyramiding up, I do vary diff things because I only have so much weight at this time; so sometimes I’ll slow my tempo or rest period. But, during these three main sessions; I am trying to get my max for 5 reps(although on some I have to use a slow technique or the above techniques due to plates. Soon I should have more ! Lol.

    5’9” flat 189- 228. My weight varies but I slimmed to 189 pic#1{if memory serves} about for that pic. I went back to 193 within a few hours, lol. 228 lbs was my heaviest that I have actually weighed myself.

    •Beligas Beltropin Gh:10iu IM, Once /10iu
    {only taken on Mon-Wed-Fri}
    •Sermorelin Forte Plus-ghrp6/ghrp2/semorelin {prescribed}350mcg before bed, Sub-Q {Tue-Thur-Sat-Sun}*
    •Beligas Cialis 5mg daily
    •Beligas T3 or T4{t4 for now,mcg changes}
    •Beligas- Adex and Nolvadex as needed
    •Test Undecanoate 75mg per week
    {It is a single 3ml/750mg shot of Aveed
    given by Nurse every 10 weeks@ clinic
    •Proviron- 25mg: 12.5 am/pm daily

    Daily supplements: 2g circumin w Bioperine, 3g of MIC(each component, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mg Tudca, tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, r-ala, 3g hemp/mix oil, slin supp{custom},BetaTor
    6g m/w/f : 3g th/thur/sat/sun{1g 3x a day}

    •Tuesday - 10/1
    •45min Treadmill 4.0mph
    •Decline sit ups 4 sets reps 6-8 reps 35lb twisted during reps
    •Hanging serratus crunches 2 sets per side
    •One legged Calf Raise w kettlebell 40lb- 2sets 6-8 reps
    •Olympic Barbell Curls- 3 sets 6-8 reps 135, 145,145

    Had an incredible meal w Pasta w browned Butter&Greek myzithra cheese, Hot Italian sausages{butcher made for me really hot} and salad w Maytag blue Cheese w Vinaigrette and Super San Fran Sourdough! Total Cheat meal!!! It looks so simple but was Heaven!! I picked today because I happen to have a shopper{my sister}! Lol. She was going to my favorite store, which I won’t go to but, since she was, I took advantage. Workouts are great! I saw Titan was getting more equipment in; of course my two main items are still eluding me but it is a good sign. I ate right after lunch so I would burn these kcals up! I definitely am going to be up in the middle of the night after taking a midday nap! Lol

    Anything hanging is pain!! The serratus side crunches kill when you flex/hold!!
