I love Colombian food but rarely make it{Chicharonne, Mofongo, tostones!} wish I had some Aji Verde, would have been even better. I will see you all later!

Looking forward to that. Today was a red meat day had 1lb of Waygu beef patties and 1lb of shrimp Louie salads but low fat. Doing lots of veg and fruit. Taking all my heart and cholesterol supps. Getting my body ready for physical. I expect to get and A+ report card!! Lol. I get serious when I go; twice a year to my PCP.
