Got some good pumps today! Spent time stretching and flexing before and after workout; definitely helps burn up any extra energy I had left. Naps are becoming less frequent; not as long anyway. My hunger is outta this world. Cannot imagine if Deca and eq were on board! Would need a live in chef! Lol. {me} ! Have a nice night and a relaxing Sunday! I have some plans for some sick meals! My cousin sent me a pic of this sick meal , Sloppy Joe. Pulled pork. French fries. Flaming Cheetos. Bunch of mess! I definitely am skipping that one! Lol
