This is my first time ever that I have drastically cut back my intake on bread and carbs, and I can't make this up, when I was in the pasta and bread aisle the other day in the store I could smell the carbohydrates. I can't begin to tell you how it made me feel.
When I cook my rice now I'm overwhelmed with temptations and the thought of taking heaping spoonfuls..but noooooo..

So true!! I have to stay away from the bakery/panaderia! Just the smell of fresh baked goods! When I go zero carbs for 2-3 days...omg! It is almost like I cannot function! Luckily that is rare! As long as I get them in early enough, I can just barrel them down. I see how some on strict keto rebound super easily. It’s almost like precontest dieting and then loading.

Monday was a long workday/night. My schedule is still so odd. Had some fun though, all girls class. Lol. Hope everyone is taking advantage of the fresh, clean slate and staying safe. The cold weather tends to be when people stay indoors and some get the blues. Best cure is exercise and outdoor adventures. I went hiking, just 12.4 mi. but it was super scenic and I of course brought the Big ass Max Burritos and some pwo powder/electrolytes with water. One rule I have is: if I am doing any sort of calorie burning adventures and I am not trying to lose muscle: I have to eat !! Turns out 12.4 miles was nothing....until the next day. My hiking boots were not completely broken in! My feet felt like I had walked on sharp Jetty Rocks !! Ouch!! Definitely got too much color! I wore a hat and mask too! Looks funny. Anyway....

Omg, lots of office/business work and finance stuff kept me busy doing paperwork forever!! Blah! I had a great workout! My cardio is at a super high level. I didnt realize it until I went on that hike and it was easy as pie!! It may sound easy for some but I am not the cardio guy, surfing is actually a lot harder cardio wise. Guess fighting the surf is a bit different than trail hikes! Lol. Had to watch Cobra Kai 3! So cheesy it was good fun. Wish you a good evening and stay Healthy.

Totally understand. It had been sometime since I have been. It is like living on an island; when you do, you cannot wait to hit the mountains and hike, snowboard, snowmobile. But when you live in or around the mountains/Woods; you want to hit the oceans and sand!!

As they say, the grass always looks greener on the other side. When I lived up north always said I wanted to live near a beach and go all the time. Now that I do, I go to the beach three times a year. I miss the seasons and snowboarding, but definitely not shoveling snow or living in the cold half the year. Everything has its pros and cons. Nothing in life doesn’t.

I love to fish, so peaceful. So I enjoy being by the water. I live close to some big cities, and it's nice to go out and have various things to do. I also have my peace and quiet where I live, so it's all about finding that balance that works for you.

I definitely love fishing!! Used to do freshwater but, now I am all about the saltwater. I still had my best Vacation in the last week of July for the Salmon Run on the Kenai. Also went Halibut fishing in Homer. Ended up catching 440lbs of halibut between the 5 of us, some lingcod, and red and king salmon. Halibut yields about 50-55% filets and cheeks. Delicious fish. Had a blast for 10 days and a Winnebago Rental.

I have them in the freshwater off the deck. Mostly a mix of bass, carp, other fish. I rarely go out there and it is just a few feet off the lower level. I do fish with the little cousins and their friends. Fun times. I usually use a kayak and throw weedless frogs and luers into the lily pads. Some big ones out there.

I always like plastic worm variety and spinner bait. I like catching catfish(we got fuckin monsters here. I've seen many over 25lb and up to 60lb) and bluegill to eat but rainbow trout on the river is best for food and largemouth for sport.
Ever seen a catfish over 40-50lbs? Freaking sea creatures lol. Blues and flat heads

I didnt get a chance to watch the new episode of Expanse yesterday, my girl had better plans! BOOTY!! At least it was extra cardio, lol. I cannot believe how much btc went up! Crazy! I had another day of paperwork, etc, finally finished things up.

What a day! Just had a nice T-Bone Steak w. Cremini mushrooms and a Monster Salad.
I love that Red Meat!! I miss eating my cube steaks every morning! I changed stuff up to improve my numbers and eat a ton of fiber now. Not Metamucil or anything; just a ton of fruit and veg. , a lot more nuts and seeds too. I get them all raw and make my own little flavor kicks and roast em real quick , bag em up and some go to the freezer, some I lay around the pad. Not much more happening, watched the latest Expanse episode...great show for people who like sci-fi/space -future genres.

What a day! Just had a nice T-Bone Steak w. Cremini mushrooms and a Monster Salad.
I love that Red Meat!! I miss eating my cube steaks every morning! I changed stuff up to improve my numbers and eat a ton of fiber now. Not Metamucil or anything; just a ton of fruit and veg. , a lot more nuts and seeds too. I get them all raw and make my own little flavor kicks and roast em real quick , bag em up and some go to the freezer, some I lay around the pad. Not much more happening, watched the latest Expanse episode...great show for people who like sci-fi/space -future genres.
