Ohh shit! ! I had a Sicilian girl for like 3mo. , she was sexy as fuck and a booty and tits ! Huge lips. I picked her up at the Clinique counter . (That isn’t her*) She ended up with one of my 89 cousins Lol. Happens all the time. She is smokin but, if she drinks ...omg she loses her mind, like literally! Makes stuff up to fight about, jealousy issues, and Is a puncher !! Had to let her go. I told her; after she decked me twice in the face(like man punches)! That if I hit her back{like a lot of guys would}; not only could one punch kill her; her dad and brothers would kill me ! I literally made her leave my house on foot. She lived 24miles away too! Lmao. I see pics of her from cuzn. He is a nut too ! They are perfect together. One thing I dont deal with is violence. I told her once , never hit me again or your over with - COMPLETELY, I won’t even acknowledge you ever. She did it again and ...it was adios! I never answered or talked to her until I had to family functions. My girl hates her guts because they were friends and we at a family night and they came over , I was in the bathroom (door open) and she was with my cousin. She walked in grabbed my crotch and started kissing me like a mad woman! I stopped her and right when I did , she grabbed a hair brush and was talking to me like we see having a conversation....(I’m thinking WTF!???) I turn my head and my girl popped her head in and said what are you doing ang? She said just combing my hair. My girl didn’t see it but, to this day I don’t know how Angelina must have sensed her coming . It was super aggressive kiss with her hand grabbing my junk to instantly acting And not getting caught by a split second . Tripped me up ! Max I’m so sorry to go back on your log but the girl in this pic is absolutely insanely hot!!!! Was that the Sicilian in question? BTW Mrs. AR is something like 95% Sicilian and all 87lbs of her are crazy!!!! Not in a violent way towards me but I pitty the fool that would make the mistake of picking her in a street fight!!!! Lol Well not to mention I personally gave her a brown belt last year!!!

I also gotta agree with shutting off all the phone crap every once in awhile. I really believe it’s important to just get away from all that in order to stay sane. Even if it’s just for an hour. I always try and think back at what I do in a day and how much of it I did with a phone in my hand. It’s crazy how much we rely on our gadgets. Good job bud but next time you may want to let a few family members know so they aren’t freaking out!!! Lol

Friday was a good day of food and training; started at full listed amounts and definitely am dealing with the sleep and food issues! Idk how many guys have this happen daily but, hopefully it goes away. I am controlling my weight by taking in a lot of fibrous foods ie. fruits and vegetables; I added some organic hummus but the large containers seem to disappear so, just balsamic and herbs work now! Lol. I ate my pumpkin pie, yes the whole pie, I waited until 4am and ate it. In my hand , it seemed like a king size candy bar- at least I didn’t use cool whip and I made it my self. It was ridiculous!! Lol.
Extra cardio is being implemented. I will see you guys today after morning training sessions.

•Standing Barbell Calf Raises 3 sets 6-8 reps 305lbs
•Tricep Ext. Kettlebell - 4 sets 6-8 reps 70lbs
•Banded Rotator Cuff Exercises: 2 sets 15 reps of each direction(rehab style)

Got some good pumps today! Spent time stretching and flexing before and after workout; definitely helps burn up any extra energy I had left. Naps are becoming less frequent; not as long anyway. My hunger is outta this world. Cannot imagine if Deca and eq were on board! Would need a live in chef! Lol. {me} ! Have a nice night and a relaxing Sunday! I have some plans for some sick meals! My cousin sent me a pic of this sick meal , Sloppy Joe. Pulled pork. French fries. Flaming Cheetos. Bunch of mess! I definitely am skipping that one! Lol

Kicking some ass but, cyber Monday had no help in the workout equipment ie. Bumper plates and adjustable dumbbells! Lol. Eating and prepping food most of the day. Getting ready for more travel by road. Starting to get used to it. It feels weird eating as much as I do on the road. Luckily, I found a cool company w class B vehicles; so no gas
