    MaxSys2.0 CyborBulk

    I will be doing a customized, 6 day bodybuilding program. Days 1, 3 and 5 are my bread and butter compound lifts; Days 2, 4, and 6 are more targeting isolated muscles using manual-weighted and Machine lifts for improvement of Calves, Abs, Isolated Arm muscles, hamstring/glutes/low back. I do cardio and core work 7 days a week regardless. I will do my true AM FASTED cardio w 2 servings cold brew black coffee diluted w water only, I will be eating *3 large meals, *1 snack and a *morning smooothie(all my protective supps/veg/fruit/oils/powders. Later: a pre/intra shake(EEA’s/electrolytes/HBCD’s/BCAA’s 96oz water)+ *Post Workout Shake(below)

    •Daily Health supplements: 2g circumin w Bioperine, [New World Nutritionals : LIVER SCRUB GALLBLADDER RINSE 15g per serving ~ *3g of MIC(3g each component methionine-inositol-choline, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mg Tudca]*, 1 tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, 100mg r-ala, Niacin, 3g hemp/mix oil, black seed oil gels2g, 200mg P5P, Toniq Ashwagahnda extract, Toniq Elixir(Trans-Resveratrol/NMN), NAD+ **(all of the above are raw powders pre-measured in one big smoothie w/ a few capsules)**

I will add various carbs(dextrose)as needed. Elite Muscletech Clear Whey Isolate will be used used as needed for zero carb protein supplementation.

    Been eating like a horse and sleeping like crazy(multiple times which is a problem). Coffee is helping for sure! Lol. This is gonna be a bitch getting used to but I will make it through. I am sure it will let up in a few weeks. I really want to hit the weights hard but, I am holding back as I know the trick of the androgens! Make you feel like a monster! Lol . I’m getting ready to eat meatloaf...for a family of four! Night night!

    Hey Max, is that 10%?

    How about get a DEXA scan so we can use you as a reference?

    I don’t think that last big ass pic is near 10%…or double even.

    Single Leg/Lying Ham Curls- 5 sets 15-11 rep

    Rope Cruches 6 sets {2 sets each knees front, knees angled left, knees angled right}
    15-11 reps (always face machine with upper body, you NEVER want to build love handle muscles by turning. Just angle knees L/R).

    Hours are still nutty! Busting ass in the gym and at home! I think I broke a record and slept 9 full hours! Crazy, I felt odd for a few hours because that is abnormal for me. I cleaned out 5 meals in a row and have to really only have clean foods in the house. No convenient pre-made foods(besides my homemade ones). Work is busy as well, and I miss my girl! All is well !

    Lol, I bet you look like a fucking beast in the gym when you're working out. I'm half your size and I feel like all the normies are looking at me at times. I can't believe how many people probably stare at you lol. Great work bro, definitely an inspiration.
