Sundays are becoming my favorite day of the week!! Total Relaxation and Food Prep{which I enjoy}! Had a great Saturday Night, drove back to help out a buddy with his home gym. He ended up buying an Ethos Rack and Set up at Dicks. It is actually pretty bad ass. They definitely have plenty of overpriced products, lol! I am blown away how many people are actually wearing masks at the stores. I actually did not see one person inside without a mask. A month ago; it was about 50/50. I am grateful that I decided to design a home gym and have my own place to stay on track. I am getting one private day at a gym with one other person while it closed in a few weeks. Definitely looking forward to it and the trip. If anyone is thinking of doing a mass program for fall/winter; shoot me your plan as far as style of training and cycles. For your winter bulk are you planning on going with the lighter weight higher reps or heavier weights lower reps? I was just wondering because on my mass cycle I’m running now I started out with the lower weight high reps and I had slow and steady gains but this past two weeks I up’d my weights which has obviously caused lower reps and I seem to be gaining a lot more mass. I’m not sure if it’s the compounds I’m using kicking in late or the change in workouts.

Most likely heavier, lower reps. But, not on certain muscles. Compound Barbell Work until I get dumbbells. I will be improvising as I get equipment. I am basically doing what I can with what I have. Hopefully the adjustable dumbbells come soon! . I always do the meat and potatoes but, if I was at a gym; I would add machine work too. All good though.
I don’t look at it as a restriction; just a challenge!

Monday... routine day, food delivered and prepped. Trained w friend which was nice, I am getting some weight going bodywise. My strength is great but I am still being careful. 10/19 will be my last day of Dynabol Blast so you will see the difference four weeks make when I post pics. Definitely down with this brand. The orals are phenomenal and I definitely see a big boost now. My reason for low dosing is to see if I can have less rebound after cessation. Plus, I definitely want to be ready for a proper bulk for fall/winter. I am definitely putting my gym equipment to work and am glad I made the decision. Not Sure. Still debating....there are factors that I have to weigh out{has to do with work and getting too heavy} I have to stay pretty low bf% or I will miss out on $$, which I need. Definitely gonna keep bulking but maybe not like I wanted to{which was higher test mix/19nor mix, gh, t4, micro dose toujeo. Might just have to do the Iso/Hex/Provi/GH/T4 w some other secret PED’s

I have been hitting the food a lot harder as my appetite is insatiable. I have been eating clean so that is good. Craving Sugar a lot but, the whole fruit is helping(added pink salt to the fruit and I liked it{juicy}! My
Power has kicked the fuck in! I still am staying strict and lifting slow, controlled but I really want to smash the weights fast and hard. I will not! Even though it would feel good! He-he . Watching Arrow; it isn’t bad. Reminds me of a Batman type of character.
I am researching YK11 to see if it would work synergistically with gh/Aas or against it. Even though it is known as a myostatin inhibitor; it shuts you down like a steroid and has sides; also mentioned pct is needed. So,
I am on a quest. Id really like to do the receptor grade follistatin 344 at the equivalencies human dosage but that isnt happening because the price is outrageous; even though you take it over a period and never again. Curious cat I am! If anyone happens to get and alert on the powerblocks

I am researching YK11 to see if it would work synergistically with gh/Aas or against it. Even though it is known as a myostatin inhibitor; it shuts you down like a steroid and has sides; also mentioned pct is needed. So,
I am on a quest. Id really like to do the receptor grade follistatin 344 at the equivalencies human dosage but that isnt happening because the price is outrageous; even though you take it over a period and never again. Curious cat I am! If anyone happens to get and alert on the powerblocks

Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD/60 maltodextrin carbs, 44oz water, IV hydration pack.
Meal 2- 7oz pork tenderloin , 2 eggs, 80g white rice, tomatoes, scallions, 2 apples w pink salt, 12oz Fairlife Milk.
Meal 3- 60g whey Isolate, 120 simple/complex carbs: dextrose/maltodextrin.
Meal4- 7oz Ahi Tuna, 80g Calrose Rice, 4halos

Had my shoulders shredded.

You know: I did it at first because of my lack of equipment. I was doing all kinds of stuff to stay lean and fit. After a while, it became my warm up permanently; instead of cardio or non working sets. It gets you ready for sure

I did rounds on the heavy bag post workout for added fat burn all the time back in the day. I looked good naked back then that’s for sure. I miss it for sure. Was actually thinking about hanging a bag in my home gym but I’d have to get super creative on fitting it in there...

You know, my family member who bought my old equipment in early 2019; has improved it since then and added a bag(we used to spar: family). I actually was hitting the bag and didnt realize how fast the old “ Use It or Lose It “ rang true: my punching power and that type of cardio was way down! Just doing 3 rounds is taxing, so you can imagine professional boxers cardio capacity, like Floyd or Bernard has!!!

Plus, it was jarring to my joints. After doing it as part of your training routine for a while, you can increase your speed, endurance, and punching power. After breaking my 4th metacarpal (besides multiple phlanges fractures) I stopped boxing but, after hitting his bag; It didn’t hurt! I have a plate and screws so IDK if I am supposed to hit hard but, can always use to stay quick and agile. Guys need a bag if they don’t workout: just for the release it can give. Similar to weight training in that it less you get your aggression out!

Tudca study:

NAC Study:

N-acetylcysteine can improve liver function in patients with elevated liver enzymes. Better results may be achievable in a longer follow up studies. I use 600mg.

Cannot get Enough!! I finally found some well sources Sea Bass Filets. I love all fish/shellfish.
I avoid farmed and canned fish(besides the ones in the actual Alaskan shops). I like Arctic char too, not as good but it is cheaper.

Well not watching the news is therapeutic! Lol. I get all kinds of political talk thrown my way: everyone in my family knows not to text, email, dm anything about politics! They definitely know I will block them or tell em off if they do. It is a waste of time; you as a person, cannot change or make a person accept or convert to your views: it is not about ignorance or higher education or age. I learned real young that it was something I didn’t want in my life{talking about them that is. I purposely started my first business at the age of 11 fixing and customizing Razors/bikes/scooters, I knew that I did not want to work for anyone but my self. No meetings with Corporate, I am Corporate! Lol. Family is enough for me to deal with. I seriously eat like a damn King!
As a true bb/exercise fanatic; you have to learn to cook! It is just so great!! Plus, you get super hot chicks when they come over for Homemade Gourmet Meal. I have a 100% get laid track record (it is true) Everytime!! I may tell you my trick sometime! It is full proof IME!
