Had 2 sick days that were not fun. It wasn’t Covid but may have been a flu or just food born illness. It sucked and I felt weak for a day but now I’m back at full force. Did my AM cardio Early due to hours being off. I actually took two personal days/sick; which hasn’t happened in forever. I was a bit paranoid as I am around a ton of people; especially last month. Liking these high reps but am excited for a more hypertrophy type training. I did need this for sure; taught e me patience.

Had these meals both Today !……so yes, my day has been incredible!! Nice to have a few households to eat at . My new girl is half/Hawaiian half white but looks Latina . Her mom is Hawaiian/Portuguese so I can’t wait to try her food!! She’s(her mama) is gonna visit soon (from Rhode Island) .

I can say, “if you thin during a blast and after being back on TRT/gh low dose , doing your regimen - your hair should come back to normal after 2 months. Yes, it was very heavy and I can usually do a full 315 for 10 but, even with down time , I ended at 235lbs . I definitely have been stronger but that is kinda what I’m trying to do. See how much energy I have in my muscles ! Very tough. It is one exercise I definitely need a spotter ! I am not a big fan of smith bench unless I need to switch things up or just “need” to.

When I was younger (around 21) I used to do descending sets on chest. I believe it’s called the Oxford method.

It made the lost sense to me Bc after a warm up, I would want to have all my strength for my heaviest set. Pyramiding seemed like a way of spending energy

I eventually did pyramid type. Last time I did traditional pyramid was 135, 225, 275, 315, 315, 315, and down 275.

BUT lately, Bc my shoulders are always sore from heavy benching, I do something different.

And I have actually gotten stronger.

I do 135, 225, 225, 390 (1 rep), 225, 225. All the sets except for the 390 are done 15 to 20 reps.

Shoulders feel better. And I see a difference too that I notice improved chest development.

I thought when I went down to 225 I would be weakening myself. But I am actually feeling stronger.

The intensity of the higher reps are doing well for me.

I’m all about new/old methods and like doing them. I found if I elevate the bench with just a plate in back it gives a bit of relief. It has been some time since I’ve “strength trained”. I did Olympic Powerlifting Training but it’s definitely a lot different (it had alot of technique combined with your own style ). My older brother powerlifts and definitely is alot stronger; I need to get his program when he was peaking . Even if for a few weeks or months, I like to try stuff to spur growth(overall) . Thanks

I need to watch some more old YouTube vids of Lee . I just saw the One that Jay Cutler did with Greg Doucette. It was pretty easily taken apart - once he said Exotics and you could catch a couple things - GH 12 a day (he said 12x a day), then says 2iu each time “whatever the protocol was ! ) So 24ius is what I got from it
He definitely said “with insulin and all the other stuff” mentions Parabolan, Winstrol Amps, Anadrol 50, Masteron , Primobolan and Anavar,
He didn’t like Deca but said he mainly used (his words” •500 Test/Sust and 600 Equipoise was his main cycle so 3 months on that with gh (12-24iu)* , slins. Then switched to propionate’s and cutting drugs. Basically truths covered and spun to sound underwhelming. I did believe that his first cycle was sostenon preloads. He said only one .

Feeling Hungry as Ever ! Had to really drink a ton of water! I imagine I had maybe 1/3 my normal intake. Now, I let go of all guilt, mistakes, even accolades & accomplishments. Today is good (well tonight! , lol). Air fryers are awesome. The instapot, if you don’t already have one, is another piece of kitchen gear that you’ll want. You will not believe how tender meat is coming out of it until you try it. Ribs-18 minutes and done- fall off the bone tender. It’s awesome.

Yes! I have had one way before the Airfryer. I do very healthy stuff in it . It’s not a normal Airfryer: it’s like 9 items too. I use all types of regular cooking and Instapot & the other stuff.
I’m perfecting a few items - when I do , you definitely will see them.

Finally saw “Dune” ! It was slow & great, it sets up for more movies of course(this is just a layout). Almost makes you want to wait til they are done. Anyway, all is well and I got some health supps and food that was delivered which helped out. My excitement is high but controlled, I have waited for as long as ever to blast. I just had to see and do a few things. Worked out well cuz I gain easy, it’s the mental block of “just letting myself gain some BF! “. I need to if I want the results I am looking for .
