Holy Shit Balls, I definitely am gaining grip strength from the hanging ab work, I am thinking of getting bat wing straps, lol! I am enjoying repetition and the solitude while my girl is gone, which sounds odd. I guess it is becoming normal for us. I am looking forward to her return this weekend. I have this urge to hit the gym but; I am abstaining and sticking to my promise. I did see that some more attachments are available but; I will have to wait as getting the adjustable dumbbells is my #1 priority(as far as weight training). I am stuck on Mexican food cravings after last night!! Omg! You really can make them completely different each time. I like corn masa the best!! Just cilantro, onion, lime, and red or green sauce!
It’s actually good for any diet, especially if you make with your own Organic Maize/Masa from Mexico. The flavor is so much different than store bought. It takes only about 30 sec per side max. Soo easy yet so hard to get right; similar to pizza dough. Takes years to perfect! BLUE CHALQUEÑO (OAXACA) is my next one to make. Deep flavors. Had a Perfect Bodybuilder Meal Tonight!! Delicious! Anyway time to Chill, have a good evening.

I do not know as of now but have not taken any Nolvadex or AI as of now. If any sides arise; I will take .25mg adex eod. I am not prone to gyno and will see when I get my next bloodwork before I start my full bulk cycle. Nolvadex has worked great for me in the past. I tend to use it moreso with Anadrol which I plan on using for my full bulk ped cycle.

I like Arimidex 0.5 with Testosterone enanthate and Anadrol, the problem is that you have to cut the tablet well.
If your know a good lab which can produce an oral liquid version, it's awesome if your need 0.25 / 0.50 or 0.75 mg

Yeah, sounds like your body does not like spikes in hormones without balance. Anadrol has a tendency to make some lose appetite or get upset stomach; a lot of orals really. It is a lot of work to find the right combo for each and every individual cycle. I wanted to point out that I enjoy that you write a lot in the forum. I am all for learning and reading. Cheers

I am gaining some nice size; I am going intense but, not heavy and it is like my body is responding the same- Muscle Mass Wise! I definitely think that if you either lift heavy low reps or intense high reps and are anabolic; you will grow well! Crazy!! A lot of it is my high carbohydrates and timing of my food and PED’s. I am going to take 4 weeks off all orals after this and put together my Plan of Attack. Which basically means a decent level of tests/19nors/GH/others to make them work optimally. Idk yet....we shall see; work has dictated my workouts most of the time so; maybe I will be able to do what I want for a time. Well...kick ass and get to eating!! Lol

4 Week High Volume Weight Training
I will Perform sets with a shorter rest period at about 65% of maximum. I will be doing cardio and core/calves workouts between each weightlifting day. This is a 6 day per week plan w Three days of High Volume Weights/3 days of Cardio+Core/Calves. I am going to focus on hitting my caloric surplus goals by eating clean, but not AS strict{for me}.

My Warm Up before Weights:
5 x Wall Hand Stand Push Ups
10 x Pull Ups{Various}
15 x Bodyweight Squats
20 x Walking Lunges around House
MY TRAINING SCHEDULE :
Mon- Wed- Fri- Volume Weight Training
Tue-Thur- Sat- *Cardio w/ Core specialty work.
Sunday - OFF COMPLETELY!!

Friday – Arms and Shoulders
Overhead Military Press: 10 x 10 67.5lb
Olympic BarbellCurls: 10 x 10 50lb
Banded Tricep pushdowns 50reps per Arm
Olympic Barbell upright Rows to chin: 10 x 10

I eat 6x times per day and it is lean proteins, complex carb sources{rice/potatoes/grains beans} vegetables, fruit, and nuts.

Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD/60 maltodextrin carbs, 44oz water, IV hydration pack.
Meal 2- 7oz cubed steaks, 2 eggs, 2 Daves Killer Bagels , 12oz Plain Kefir a 1/2lb strawberries blended.
Meal 3- 60g whey Isolate, 120 simple/complex carbs: dextrose/waxy maize.
Meal4- 8oz Turkey Breast tenderloins; 80g Calrose rice, Chinese Veg, Sriracha/hot oil
Meal5- 10oz 96/4 Beef&Lamb Kofta; Homemade Pita grilled; ; 3cups spinach w cbd vinaigrette; pepitas. Side of Saffron Rice
Meal6- 8oz cottage cheese with cherries {before bed*}

**Snacks- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky, small select cheeses, olives, rice or grapenuts cereal .
2gal water* and 2 cups cold brew coffee daily. P5P, l-theanine, and sleepytime tea X2 before bed for relaxation.
Yes I get 2 cheat meals weekly!!

I am gaining some nice size; I am going intense but, not heavy and it is like my body is responding the same- Muscle Mass Wise! I definitely think that if you either lift heavy low reps or intense high reps and are anabolic; you will grow well! Crazy!! A lot of it is my high carbohydrates and timing of my food and PED’s. I am going to take 4 weeks off all orals after this and put together my Plan of Attack. Which basically means a decent level of tests/19nors/GH/others to make them work optimally. Idk yet....we shall see; work has dictated my workouts most of the time so; maybe I will be able to do what I want for a time. Well...kick ass and get to eating!! Lol

Deep Barbell Squats: 10 x 10 Bar 65lbs
Kettlebell Squats: 10 x 10 20kilo
Barbell Calf Raises on Blocks: 10 x 10 95lb
Weighted Decline Crunches 10 x 10: 10lb

Had a very early training session and got on the road early. Had a very good time when I arrived at my destination and time with my girl at the Hotel!! My food prep and carry case was a savior as usual. I definitely wanted to hit a drive thru, lol. I am spending the rest of the night with my girl! Need I say more! Have a great Saturday Night and it is Fight Night!
