    MAXíS 4 WEEK BELIGAS WINNY/TRT LOG
    Beligas Winstrol 60mg Ed
    Beligas T3
    Proviron- 50mg split daily
    Grey top GH 3iu daily {am fasted}
    Test Undecanoate 75mg weekly time release **{I get a single 3ml/750mg shot of Aveed(testosterone undecanoate)every 10 weeks. TRT Prescribed}** for now! Lol
    Beligas- Adex and Nolvadex as needed

    Daily supplements: 2g circumin w Bioperine, 3g of MIC(each component, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mf Tudca, tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, r-ala, 3g hemp/mix oil, 10mg Noopept.

    I am using pure bodyweight movements as I am not at a gym and do not have my home gym set up yet. I will be squeeze-pause-flexing rep technique targeting the muscle during the peak of each contraction. Legs are a bit more complicated and I employ a lot of super-slow, pause, explosive type tempo/lifts.

    *All Bodyweight Exercises- 100 rep sets vary- upper, lower, repeat. One day off.
    Cardio 6 days per week 45min-60min AM
    Speedwalk indoor treadmill 3.7-4.6mph (weighted/reg) or walk-sprints outside-100m sprint, 300m walk, repeat (15-45min)*
    Black cold brew coffee and water
    cardio*145-160 (high cardio rate)

    Friday: Lower Body
    Deep Barbell Squats
    Good Mornings
    Banded Squat Presses
    Walk in Lunges
    Single Leg Calf Raises Weighted

    I eat 6x times per day and it is mostly lean proteins, vegetables, fruit, and nuts.

    Upon waking 3iu gh, T4(micro)
    *Black coffee cold brew plain, mixed with 64 Oz water for cardio.

    Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD carbs, 40oz water. Plain Kefir w servings of fresh fruit (post cardio)*
    Meal 2- 6oz turkey breast meat, Thin Daveís Killer Bread, 2 bananas, water.
    Meal 3- 60g whey isolate w 60g dextrose/waxy maize carb powder shake post training
    Meal4- 5oz albacore Tuna filet, spinach mixed salad, peptitas,tajin , cbd herb oil vinaigrette.
    Meal5- Quad patties wrapped in lettuce a cheese, relish , tomato&onions, Choc Shake, fries!! Water, lol
    Meal6- Room service * Meat, Fruit, Cheese Platter, Pelligrino, whole egg protein shake before bed.

    **Snacks- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky, small select cheeses, olives.
    2gal water and 2 cups cold brew coffee daily.
    P5P, l-theanine, and sleepytime tea X2 before bed for relaxation.
    Yes I get 2 cheat meals weekly!!

    All is well in the household, got my early, early cardio done as I am traveling this weekend. Hence some food changes, lol. Every time I fly, I seem to feel dehydrated so I brought some liquid IV packs along; they seemed to help a lot along with moisturizer. I am happy to be where I am at and seeing family and friends. I am getting pumped for the rest of the weekend and Saturday is my last Winny day and start of some actual weights as this was all bodyweight and band exercises!! But, 4 weeks of dynabol is starting Sunday so that should be fun. Cannot wait to raise up my carbs!! Miss my Calrose Rice and Every Potato{even purple!} known to man daily. Grapenuts of Course!! I got in a little gym{out of town} that has only a few people inside so I did wear my mask. It is bittersweet, I must say. Kick Ass and Have a Great Weekend All! Took a pic in the menís room, lol!

    Indeed, Iím excited to get home and start using actual weights!! It has been a while. Hoping some powerblocks come in so I have dumbbells but, a barbell and what I have will do. Time to break out the chain belt. After this next 4 weeks of 40mg Dbol. I am going to be ready for a full on Cyborg Bulk oils and all!!

    I give the Winstrol 3 Hells Yeahís. Complex carbs have been missing from my diet for a reason but; not for long. Those double-doubles have me doing a double double... to the restroom. Lol. Fast food sounds so good; til you eat it! . Anyway, yeah I am just excited to get to use the little equipment I have and switch the winnie for 40mg dynabol. I will be doing 20mg 2 x a day starting Sunday Afternoon, so just enough to improve my strength and hopefully help my body partition nutrients better. Gosh, it is early here! People are just so different when you travel but one thing never changes; I always hear or run into my East Coast Brothers everywhere I go. Either NY/NJ/ or RI. Cracks me up! I think food attracts us to the same joints.

    Today was a lot of Q&A and work!! I had a good time meeting a lot of new people and networking. Having a blast eating out/ordering food, and visiting family and friends. I, Soo was looking forward to my cousinsí homeade Mexican food and was not disappointed! Itís funny because she is a tall, blonde Scandinavian/Irish girl; but is married to a Mexican and just had her second baby. Her abuela in-law and my mama taught her everything she needs to know. !! Her newborn is just..no words really; I couldnít let go of her the whole time{I was eating one-handed. I feel blessed to be able to travel safely and feel really good getting out and working more; even getting more opportunities along the way. Shout out to the wonderful workshop and all the people involved{not that they will see this; but two will,lol!} I will post up some Mexican recipes for Homemade tortillas and sauces so you can get practicing. OMG, what a difference it makes and does not even take long at all. No mixer or equipment needed, just your two own two hands..or your girl{not mine, lol}.
    **Remember: Stick to your training and reach one goal per day, that is key!
