It literally was soo good! The Waygu has such a BEEF flavor...like a fatty ribeye! Definitely a great burger and I used fresh, organic flour baguette that I brushed w olive oil and garlic under the broiler(helped keep it sturdy and a nice crisp, bite!)

Meal 2- 7oz cubed steaks, 2 eggs, 16oz simply hash-browns, 2 Fuji apples, 16oz Fairlife Milk.
Meal 3- 60g whey Isolate, 60g simple/complex carbs: dextrose/waxy maize.
Meal4- 8oz Chicken tenderloins; 80g Calrose rice, Hatch roasted Chiles/onions.
roasted tomatillo salsa. {AGAIN! This will be a permanent part of my diet, until they run out of chiles, lol}.

What a Nice Sunday!! Grilled up some American Waygu Beef Patties{I unbelievably found some marked waaaay down by accident to $2.42lb - they were supposed to be $2.42 OFF per lb. - lucked out!}, Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Turkey Tenderloins, Hatch green Chiles, peppers, red and white onions for the next 4 days. Then, my Burger Idea came to me (pic below) After that I just binged Humans on Prime and watched some bodybuilding YouTube info. I rarely get time to myself so just that; was incredibly relaxing. Monday is back to my routine training and busy work schedule..as usual. Have a great Evening.

I used to love going to third promenade before it turned into a sh** hole! I love SM but it went downhill. Still great food. I love food trucks/gut wagons, taquerias, and little family owned joints! I took all the stuff my mom taught me and along my own and just make stuff. I literally made that in less than ten minutes! The Tajin seasoning reminds me of going over the border and eating Corn w Crema and Cotija!!

No. I have zero right now but am on every waitlist in the nation for powerblocks 5-90 or used commercial 5-175’s. They should come in soon. The rogue 200&360lb sets are back ordered too: expensive as shit too!. If worse comes to worse...I will breakdown and just buy the Olympic ones and plates but, for the $$ and my space; an adjustable set is what I want. The 20” Olympic are my last resort. But I do need them before I start a bulk blast.

Ar what time of day do you take your last dose of dianabol?
Your BP are great ?

MSM help maybe for liver toxins (but this remains only a guess because there have still been no clinical studies on this subject.)

Regarding the digestion of food have you felt any difference since taking Dianabol?

About MSM try to take for exemple 1.5g and another time 1.5g, the last dose before 4 P.M.


Your take some TUDCA with MSM that's help surely the liver, maybe this is why you do not lose your appetite and digest food easily.

anyhow, I seen a really awesome edition you could get for your rogue cage, it's a self spotting dumbbell rack.. of course they have the hammock straps and they have a bunch of other type of self spotting dumbbell attachments but I think the one that rogue made was more realistic.. you should take a look at it man it's pretty sweet it would look great with your setup..

Yes. It is very awesome. I am collecting as I go. That attachment is completely on my list. I am working hard to get pieces as I go. I am definitely improvising and training with what I have. When I get the dumbbells; that will be so great; I put the money aside for it already. The iron master set is bad ass. I like buying stuff that is lifetime warranty. Nothing like good equipment. . I do intake a lot of fruits and vegetables as well. I definitely do not have any issues. It has taken a while to get my system on par and figure out what works for me. Basically after 7am and 3-4pm approximately.

I rarely get any acne but, I have gotten zits in totally random areas every once in a while. It was never an issue even during puberty; so I wouldn’t go off my personal experience because it does cause major acne on other people. I have seen some really bad cases. A lot use stand up tanning, Accutane, Differin gel and body wash Or benzoyl peroxide time combat it. Taking oral compounds after an nice meal made all the difference as far as not messing with the stomach. I never take compounds on an empty stomach unless indicated by pamphlet/doc.

It does sometimes but as you get into such a small space w no distractions, you get into a groove and move quicker. It took 2 hrs in the beginning, and that was even if I could finish! Hard stuff
