Coupe types is potatoes and my pork tenderloin (super lowfat) sausages they mmm at my Butcher makes for me . I have a machine to make them but, I just need to save time on top of me prepping, cooking, cleaning, dishes, laundry. I do have a landscaper though so, F*** yard work! That was my main job as a kid (unpaid)lol! The girls all got out of it ; it’s a trip cuz my parents are so cool but, they raised us more traditionally: men/boys did the “man” jobs around the house and the girls did the “female-oriented “ Jobs. It didn’t affect any of us badly, and we didn’t grow up sexist or anything like that. In fact, we look at Cooking as a mans job; career wise. My point is: Most Chefs are men and the Chef in our house growing up was my Mom(and anyone in earshot). It’s odd because None of us became a chef...guess cuz we all can cook phenomenally. I just wanted to say ; I am super proud of my lil sister! As she decided to quit doing all her various jobs and
is going to the best school on the planet “same one my mom went to at 17yrs old on scholarship. Guess having an alma mater DOES help out! She was given the same scholarship my mom got! I am proud of her! She is probably gonna focus on the pastry chef area. She can make some bad ass baked goods, ice cream/frozen yogurt and desserts. At least; I hope she focuses on that area in her second year. Just wanted to post up because we have some super stars in the family but, I am closest with her, I am gonna miss her but France is just a plane fight away and maybe I’ll pick some euro contests to compete in as the NPC/IFBB card is recognized worldwide. I know I will actually. Kill two birds with one stone! Visit my budding Chef sister and get her and all her pretty French/international friends to come be my cheering section. Sounds like I have one more goal now! . And....

So I am getting excited for Christmas but, not for presents or anything. Just being able to visit with family, eat some great food and finally get close to having this “cruise come to a close”. Which was really a delay on my bulk; (not planned). I sure look good but have such a hunger(mentally and physically) to train for Classic the next years . I am also excited that it is getting more attention. I wish that anyone that is alone this Christmas or that is not able to be with their family: A Very Merry Christmas and I’ll be around the forum. I am so lucky to have such a great family that supports what I do. Don’t get too fat, Don’t drink too much; that transformation is right around the corner!

So Christmas is taking over at the family homes and a lot of crazy changes with kids getting sick, travel issues, all that. I have my same plan: Eat, Watch movies, hang with family and have a good time. This damn Virus stuff is affecting my work & my gigs now. Ive had about enough, hope to be able to train without a face/head mask and a bottle of spray! Lol. I am feeling really good, but have been the middleman dealing with everyone(it happens with big family). Stuck to my diet so far...but the sweets &’chocolates are calling to me! Actually fresh-made breads are my weakness; all Baked Goods! Mmmm . Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas.

I am switching things up for the week! Doing 4 sets 6-9 reps. Upper/lower off upper/lower off/repeat. I am using all machines/cables/Smith/Isolation movements with some varied cardio. Just for the next two weeks. I will post the exercises this week. Just kinda decided to do something different and felt I needed some balanced weights and to concentrate on not just my big lifts. Plus, I want to look tight for my interview. Eating nice clean meals. Had my famous Bison-Sweet Potato Hash with egg whites/onions/peppers/herbs/hot sauce 3 x today! Lol. I will be doing a blood test to see my scores on Testoviron and a GH serum. On minimal amounts because of my delay of Bulk. I am seeing some large changes in the industry, some are good; some are not! Hope you have a good evening as I am off to jam.

Wish I was in Cancun with my Uncles! They went for a month! For no reason. Just fishing and they got me a few photos of girls posing in a coconut tree sitting with their butts hanging off in G strings !

Indeed Bullseye! I was thinking about you “getting to start training “ again. I want you to really take it slow, realize roadblocks ARE going to come up. Just plow through them mentally & physically afterward. You got soo lucky to be able to get the chance . I just put a guy in a wheel chair after his leg was removed from “his lifestyle “ and being diabetic. Btw - he had a bunch of friends in the Cadillac w liquor and lit up a cigarette, (only 34yrs old) . He told me , Dude ! I know I’m dying , so don’t preach to me. I said , I don’t preach my friend ; I am just helping you to your car , have a blast !

He wasn’t a stranger as I have known him since he had legs and it was just a toe that was first removed (he is Obese, alcoholic, gambler-smoker) In my head i thought, “good for him, he’s doing what he loves no matter what” then the other side of my brain said, “ WTF! Is he insane ! He just had multiple surgeries; he’s taking pills , smoking, drinking booze and has three of his “brothers” in the car hitting the casino! Is he fucking insane ! “. All this would be totally different if he didn’t continually abuse him self , his diet , and listened. Well, hes a goner for sure! He may BE happy .....I’m happy at the gym & getting laid & making my meals ! We all go somewhere. He was a slob though, maybe he deserves it; or that lifestyle is an upgrade for him. Never know where a mans starting point was....

Thank you brother for the uplifting story!! I can’t wait to get started back my doc told me to take it slow and increase weights as I felt like it but not to fast he said start out light then build back week by week I’m smart man I’ve done this before but I agree with you sometimes people wanna rush and hit it hard the first weeks back lol
