I will be doing a customized, 6 day bodybuilding program. Days 1, 3 and 5 are my bread and butter compound lifts; Days 2, 4, and 6 are more targeting isolated muscles using manual-weighted and Machine lifts for improvement of Calves, Abs, Isolated Arm muscles, hamstring/glutes/low back. I do cardio and core work 7 days a week regardless. I will do my true AM FASTED cardio w 2 servings cold brew black coffee diluted w water only, I will be eating *3 large meals, *1 snack and a *morning smooothie(all my protective supps/veg/fruit/oils/powders. Later: a pre/intra shake(EEA’s/electrolytes/HBCD’s/BCAA’s 96oz water)+ *Post Workout Shake(below)

•Daily Health supplements: 2g circumin w Bioperine, [New World Nutritionals : LIVER SCRUB GALLBLADDER RINSE 15g per serving ~ *3g of MIC(3g each component methionine-inositol-choline, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mg Tudca]*, 1 tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, 100mg r-ala, Niacin, 750mg NAC,3g hemp/mix oil, black seed oil gels2g, 200mg P5P, Toniq Ashwagahnda extract, Toniq Elixir(Trans-Resveratrol/NMN), NAD+ **(all of the above are raw powders pre-measured in one big smoothie w/ a few capsules)**

Clear Muscle(BetaTor)6g weight training days: 3g Off Days{1g 3x a day}YOLKED1 serving, a Full serving of Elite Mass-Tech by Muscletech(has 10g creatine) w/SR Carnosyndirectly after my workout(within 30minutes) very impotant!! I will add various carbs(dextrose)as needed. Elite Muscletech Clear Whey Isolate will be used used as needed for zero carb protein supplementation.

GH - 5ius split dose daily
Test Isocaproate- 300mg wk
Proviron- 40mg daily split dose
Cialis - 5mg daily AM
*As needed/PRN-
Cabergoline - .5mg Mon and Thur

Well I had an interesting day working, shopping, and training. My friends here gave me some great advice and some funny ass ideas/comments . Lol. I am burning off the calories no matter what I eat and I am cruising. Shows you how much you can do on low amounts. I will say that my past long term gh use(2yrs) has helped me everytime I drop to HRT or cruise. I actually feel phenomenal and strong. I am pushing my self through my weights pretty damn hard but it takes me longer rest periods in comparison(on Para). I decided that I will give her a gift; it is going to be a load ! Kidding, but I am getting her super sexy leggings and a jewel. Gonna see her reaction. Idk if she even has anything like that but; I am hoping she gets the hint ! Family is starting to get crazy with all the cards ; plans, pics , what they are all planning. I am gonna be working except The 25th; so I will enjoy some time with a group of them. Most are all over so, gonna grind & hit my short term goal & get this job! Then I will have stepped forward a bit. I cannot wait to start up bulking again; I am gonna go til I plateau at least twice before cutting(a for real cut. I will compete at least 2 times; if I do well, I will keep going. I have and need a lot of time to develop the size I need but if I feel like it is too extreme, I will not jack up my system. I think all the years and early start bodybuilding has helped and will help me. I hope that I can come in Sub 4% at my maximum weight of my class/divisions. No matter what I am competing for experience, exposure, and networking. This is some Ayass!!
