15-11 reps (always face machine with upper body, you NEVER want to build love handle muscles by turning. Just angle knees L/R).(Slow and hard 3sec flex/hold).

•Glute hamstring V- leg lifts off of elevated- high counter(or Bunk Bed if at home) w Ankle weight. This is a killer! Takes some time to get your form.


Had a great workout and am in my groove! It is mad busy and high pressure but, very rewarding. The fam is looking at buying a nice chunk of Land in Kona, Big Island. Make me get all kinds of ideas. The land is right at the Ocean and grows multiple crops(owners probably haven’t even been to property)it mentioned 4 cash crops but said the land was untouched and Wild. I am not a huge fan of Waikiki at all but...I do love Kona and Maui(Kapalua). I am sleeping enough hours but, not at one time. I have not had insomnia besides the first few days, so that is super Rad. I have had some really cool, unique opportunities this past week and am looking forward to hitting Manhattan Beach/Hermosa and hitting a few spots . I definitely am hitting a new gym each day (unless something keeps me cummin.

Yeah. Been eating like a horse and upping my calories by about 100 a day. Now I am at 5,200. Which seems normal for me. I started @ 4,000kcals. My strength & power are up, feel stronger than I did last go around. I am heavier starting out. I start week two Monday and am looking forward...actually; I planned my whole next year out but; it will change I am sure. Hit 100kilos! It weird because I am not stiff, my agility is good, speed is good. The walk-sprints and Box Jumps help along with my once weekly yoga(need to to ED)according to my sister, lol.

Hit my goals! Going to make my cheat meal this afternoon; Hatch Green Chile Double Cheeseburgers!! I’ll grind my own beef (mix of brisket, short rib, and chuck roast) which I bought exactly for this reason. Gotta love the Kitchen-Aid & attachments! Partially freezing the meat(45min) and slicing into (long strips/log-like) makes it go through grinder easier. Then onto the hot coals, about 3-4min per side for a perfect med rare! I only do this if I grind my own meat(no chance for e.coli)which comes from the machinery/equipment contamination. Plus my homemade, Cajun Hot Sweet Potato Fries! Now that I see everyone is using the Chik-Fil-A Sauce, I will be using that for my Fries plus, I saw Hidden Valley has “Blazin’ Ranch” mmm! Damn, I cannot wait! I am back to steak & eggs for breakfast(cubed or NY). I get the good, local brown eggs (sometimes Green/White also). Such a difference in flavor, plus it saves room in my refrigerator{fresh eggs only need refrigeration “IF” they were refrigerated previously}. I keep them covered in a basket . 60 eggs do not last long w me + I use my Dash Soft Boiled egg Steamer($19 Amazon), they have a double stack model that fits 12 eggs which I want now. Ordering after this post ! Hope everyone has a blessed Sunday.

Damn max, that’s a lot of food! Making me think I’m still not eating enough @4000. Everyone keep telling me to eat more eat more, just don’t want to get too fat. I swear it goes right to my tits and hips and ass. I carry body fat like a female lmao.

Wish I could say I don’t feel stiff. Man it’s awful always in pain always struggling to move kinda thing. Nothing new just born to ache. Back is the worst. I’ve actually been considering yoga. Probably the only thing I haven’t tried yet.

Yes, gaining excess quality size. Do not want a lot of body fat but, I am pushing the calories this go around. I can tell my joints are good too cuz my hair/nails need to be cut daily. I am using a lot of good supplements for protecting my joints& muscles .

Gas & food is more,Idk how some people make it her without having 5 roommates or multiple families in the homes...wait...that’s exactly what they are doing. I’d hate to have bathroom duty! Lol. On the bright side: I am in a good place with my diet and I am strong. I went to some old stomping grounds and they are already “out of business” or are just different. Someone said “skimp-flation” well, the next time I go somewhere and they “Skimp” on the amount food that goes onto my plate...I am gonna give it right back. Plenty of places are struggling and giving great meals & service so - I say fast food can shove it ! Go to your local Truck and/or walk up vendor! Delicious Food, great price !

Omg! The first time was the last! Lol. The gelcaps can give a tiny bit of “it” if you burp but, it only happened twice on an empty stomach and never again. So it is so worth it now. I think it helps pain/inflammation more than Circumin (which is saying a lot). The Horbaach brand is very inexpensive and DNA tested, good quality. I’ll never swig that shite again! Lmao! Probably flammable
