    Actually i try the colza oil, it's normally rich in essentials fat, but i use only with fresh meal like salad, tomatoes, cucumber etc ...

    In the past to cook in high temperature like white turkey, meat ... I used sunflower oil, and i realized it was a big mistake, so now i use olive oil.

    I listening lot good things about coco oil, but when your study this oil, it is not good as some people may say.

    If your take for exemple : Olive oil, depend the brand the quality are not the same, some brand uses chemical processes to make the oil, which is unfortunately not good for health.

    If you know a craftsman who makes the oil, it will be better than some oils sold in supermarkets.

    MAXíS 4 WEEK BELIGAS WINNY/TRT LOG
    Beligas Winstrol 60mg Ed
    Beligas T3
    Proviron- 50mg split daily
    Grey top GH 3iu daily {am fasted}
    Test Undecanoate 75mg weekly time release **{I get a single 3ml/750mg shot of Aveed(testosterone undecanoate)every 10 weeks. TRT Prescribed}** for now! Lol
    Beligas- Adex and Nolvadex as needed

    Daily supplements: 2g circumin w Bioperine, 3g of MIC(each component, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mf Tudca, tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, r-ala, 3g hemp/mix oil, 10mg Noopept.

    I am using pure bodyweight movements as I am not at a gym and do not have my home gym set up yet. I will be squeeze-pause-flexing rep technique targeting the muscle during the peak of each contraction. Legs are a bit more complicated and I employ a lot of super-slow, pause, explosive type tempo/lifts.

    *All Bodyweight Exercises- 100 rep sets vary- upper, lower, repeat. One day off.
    Cardio 6 days per week 45min-60min AM
    Speedwalk indoor treadmill 3.7-4.6mph (weighted/reg) or walk-sprints outside-100m sprint, 300m walk, repeat (15-45min)*
    Black cold brew coffee and water
    cardio*145-160 (high cardio rate)

    Saturday: OFF/cardio
    I eat 6x times per day and it is mostly lean proteins, vegetables, fruit, and nuts.

    Upon waking 3iu gh, T4(micro)
    *Black coffee cold brew plain, mixed with 64 Oz water for cardio.

    Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD carbs, 40oz water. 3 servings of fresh fruit (post cardio)*
    Meal 2- 6oz chicken breast tenderloins,2 soft boiled eggs, 2 green bananas, water.
    Meal 3- 60g whey isolate w 60g dextrose/waxy maize carb powder shake post training
    Meal4- 6oz cubed steaks, spinach mixed salad, macadamias, tajin , cbd herb oil vinaigrette.
    Meal5- Tbd
    Meal6- 8oz Cottage cheese/strawberries{later}

    **Snacks- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky, small select cheeses, olives.
    2gal water and 2 cups cold brew coffee daily.
    *P5P, l-theanine, and sleepytime tea X2 before bed for relaxation.
    Yes I get 2 cheat meals weekly!!

    Today was OFF. I got some of my bigger goals accomplished today all by my lonesome. My training room/torture chamber is becoming a reality!! I didnít realize how bad I missed having weights and a rack and barbells. I feel blessed. Funny how sore I am; guess all the different movements and positions just took a toll...or adrenaline. Had a phenomenal day and could not have asked for more....well; I can think of more! Lol. Have a great weekend! Looking forward to everything good and positive

    Excellent log full of detail. Congrats on getting that home gym together. Itís amazing what one can accomplish with a few simple pieces and lots of heavy weights.

I use 2 supplement click boxes w the days and two sections for AM/PM, so I deserved it! Anyway: the smell of the gym is in the air and it is like White Widow; it gives me a contact buzz! I really had a great time training in there. My little Oasis somehow seems a lot different and that is totally Rad!
    I am looking forward to bulking but; am soo close so I am sticking to my mini blasts. WTH am I thinking! Nutbar! Lol

    Usually: blanch in boiling water 1min , ice bath, drizzle oil and grill or roasted at 450. I like to squirt with lemon and Parmesan Reggiano. Adding fresh garlic is good to.

    I had a decent day, a bit under the weather. Just running on 75%, probably just the weather or something. My appetite is great, libido up, just something in my overall well being is off. I killed the workout though. Hope tomorrow is a better in the energy dept. My new band set is kick ass and goes over 200lbs!! Next week I will be switching from Winstrol to 40mg of Beligas Dynabol. Look forward to posting up and getting prepped for oils. Havenít gotten my total game plan down but tests and nandrolone/s will be in there.
