    Cardio 6 days per week 45min-60min AM
    Speedwalk indoor treadmill 3.7-4.6mph (weighted/reg) or walk-sprints outside-100m sprint, 300m walk, repeat (15-45min)*
    Black cold brew coffee and water
    cardio*145-160 (high cardio rate)

    Saturday: OFF/ Workshop

    I eat 6x times per day and it is mostly lean proteins, vegetables, fruit, and nuts.

    Upon waking 3iu gh, T4(micro)
    *Black coffee cold brew plain, mixed with 64 Oz water for cardio.

    Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD carbs, 40oz water, IV hydration pk. (post cardio)*
    Meal 2- 4cups scrambled eggs w veges, 8 slices bacon, 2 bananas, 1 orange, water.
    Meal 3- 2 Carne Asada Burritos, hot green sauce. Manteca refried beans, fresh masa & harina Manteca tortillas.
    Meal4- 6 Al Pastor and Lengua Tacos, Manteca refried beans, fresh masa & harina Manteca tortillas.(Homemade Cousins)
    Meal5- Sushi Boat w Water and tea.
    Meal6- Nuts, Jerky, Popcorn, whole egg protein shake before bed.

    **Snacks- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky, small select cheeses, olives.
    2gal water and 2 cups cold brew coffee daily.
    P5P, l-theanine, and sleepytime tea X2 before bed for relaxation.
    Yes I get 2 cheat meals weekly!!

    Today was a lot of Q&A and work!! I had a good time meeting a lot of new people and networking. Having a blast eating out/ordering food, and visiting family and friends. I, Soo was looking forward to my cousins’ homeade Mexican food and was not disappointed! It’s funny because she is a tall, blonde Scandinavian/Irish girl; but is married to a Mexican and just had her second baby. Her abuela in-law and my mama taught her everything she needs to know. !! Her newborn is just..no words really; I couldn’t let go of her the whole time{I was eating one-handed. I feel blessed to be able to travel safely and feel really good getting out and working more; even getting more opportunities along the way. Shout out to the wonderful workshop and all the people involved{not that they will see this; but two will,lol!} I will post up some Mexican recipes for Homemade tortillas and sauces so you can get practicing. OMG, what a difference it makes and does not even take long at all. No mixer or equipment needed, just your two own two hands..or your girl{not mine, lol}.

This is a 6 day per week plan w Three days of High Volume Weights/3 days of Cardio+Core/Calves. I am going to focus on hitting my caloric surplus goals by eating clean, but not AS strict{for me}.

    My Warm Up before Weights:
    5 x Wall Hand Stand Push Ups
    10 x Pull Ups{Various}
    15 x Bodyweight Squats
    20 x Walking Lunges around House
    MY TRAINING SCHEDULE :
    Mon- Wed- Fri- High Volume Weight Training
    Tue-Thur- Sat- *Cardio w/ Core specialty work.

    Sunday - OFF*

    *At the End of my 4 Week Dynabol Blast, I will be ready for my Fall/Winter Bulk!!!

    I eat 6x times per day and it is lean proteins, complex carb sources{rice/potatoes/grains beans} vegetables, fruit, and nuts.

    Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD/50 waxy maize carbs, 40oz water, IV hydration pack
    Meal 2- Huge Denver Omelette , hash browns , 2 oranges, apple slices,water.
    Meal 3- Hot Double Steak Teriyaki Bowl, nuts, vegetables, Pork Gyoza
    Meal4- 3 grilled chicken breasts wrapped in lettuce filled w onions, tomato, pickles, tomato, One Bun.
    Meal5- 8oz Cod Fish and Baked Fries.
    Meal6- 8oz cottage cheese with Cherries.

    **Snacks- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky, small select cheeses, olives, rice cereal.

    Today was the start of my 4 week Dbol blast and I definitely had fun this weekend, visiting, working, eating and ordering a lot of FOOD! Lol. I am using the old German Style Volume Training Program as it will work well getting me prepped and ready for a long Fall/Winter Bulk using my Home Gym. I am doing a lot more volume than normal and will be eating a lot more kcals and types of foods. It is close to breaking out the Baggy Clothes and Skullcap or Hoodie, stop shaving! LOL. It is going to take me a week of Pain to find out my limitations with this style. Kick Ass because I surely am going to.
    **Remember: Stick to your training and reach one goal per day, that is key!

    I have this 4 week Dbol blast: and then I will be hitting a full on: Fall/Winter Bulk Run with a nice selection of PED’s. This high volume work for 4 weeks will give my body the needed prep/strength to go Full Cyborg. Excited

    Just for anyone who is interested; the band sets I used are ODOLAND brand and they are ten times better than most. They have Assistance and Resistance Sets. They have hand, foot/ankle straps, grip, sliders, rock climb locks, door jams. Very high quality.

    Look you have the purple girl friend (my wife) weights right next to the bench also. I get chewed out for not racking the weights but for some reason those purple ankle breakers always seem to sit right next to the bench.
