That is great! Especially since it is a massive amount of size to put on a hard muscle to get to grow after 20-30yrs old. Lean Too! Wonder what 5-6k kcals w 10iu gh would do!??

I'm after adding the extra shake and cottage cheese last couple days im probably at 5k now. If not then damn close. Haven't done the math on it yet. We'll see over the next couple weeks tho

4 shakes 800 cals(50g pro ea and 75 posr w/o)
2 blueberry bagels w/ mix berry cream cheese
And 8.4 or 8.8 cottage cheese
Oh anf the brocolli salad and drinks
