    Today went awesome. Nothing special. Made the typical progress everywhere except squatting(knocking out 2 rigjt before prob not a great idea but hey. And I mean in the parking lot when I say right before). Siiick ass pump.too!

    3/1 low back/shoulders
    Today's deads went awesome but I gotta taste of lower back pumps I've never experienced before. I mean it was brutal!! I had to call a bit of an audible on the spot but def better than calling it and either skipping exercises or leaving. Nothing crazy. Just did my OHP s seated and did hack squats instead of BB.

    Deads-
    235×9
    285×8
    325×7
    375×6
    420×6(this was a ball buster)

    Seated OHP-(honestly could've went bit heavier since seated but my left rear delt hasn't been very happy lately)
    95×9
    115×8/7
    135×6

    Hack squats-(heavier squats woulda hurt less. Lil sore from yesterday and these light ass things MURDERED MY QUADS!!)

    1 plate×9/8
    1.5 plate×6/5(last set was all paused reps. Long 1 one thousand count)

    Laterals-(lateral delts recover so damn fast. Barely squeak out 3/4 rep and instead of losing rep next set I just repeat it again somehow. Short rest too. Maybe 60-75 sec tops)

    40×10
    45×8
    45×8 +2 cheat reps

    Front raises-(same story for anterior delts. Notice I raised weight and still got another 8 and they felt smoked after 2nd set so thiught surely 40lbs wouldn't get more than 6 but...)

    7 grams of L Taurine and some caffeine and call me in morning! Only thing that helps over time. They are sick hardcore. Put me down town my man! Serious pain.
